Breathe from your heart, breathe into love. Let go of predicting outcomes and control and surrender to what is. We spend 80% of our lives in our heads (worry, fear, repeating past patterns). Welcome to Heart-Filled Surrender.

Close your eyes.

Relax your shoulders and jaw.

Feeling grounded as you sit with purpose and pride.

Feeling light through your body.

We spend 80% of our lives in our heads.

We worry,

Compare ourselves,

Try to predict outcomes,

Stress,

Overthink,

And repeat patterns from the past.

It's important we connect with our heart.

Place your hands over your heart and feel a sense of wisdom and intuitive guidance right there.

As we breathe in for a count of 5 and breathe out for a count of 5.

Imagine your breath is coming in and out of your heart.

Breathe in 1,

2,

3,

4,

5 and out 1,

2,

3,

4,

5.

Breathing into that heart space and in 2,

3,

4,

5 and out 2,

3,

4,

5.

Breathing into your heart space 1,

2,

3,

4,

5 and out 2,

3,

4,

5.

Feel the breath wash away and dissolve anything stagnant within continuing to focus on the heart space.

You can now place your hands back down or keep them on your heart.

There's a lot going on in the world,

But we are made to endure and overcome great obstacles.

We can't eliminate fear,

But we can allow ourselves to surrender just a bit.

Let go just a bit.

Feel your heart space want to tell you,

It's okay,

We're okay,

It's okay,

All is well.

Feel a sense of safety,

Protection and love.

We look for something outside of us to bring us peace and security and answers,

But the answer is within.

You are the answer.

All the qualities you seek are seeking you.

What are you ready to embrace?

What will you call forth?

Read these affirmations out loud or in your head.

I choose to see the good.

I am so grateful for the blessings in my life.

I am open and ready to receive blessings from the universe.

I listen to my intuition.

Kindness feels good.

Kindness to myself.

Kindness to others.

I trust life is working out in my favor.

I surrender.

I release.

I let go.

There are two ways that we can do things.

First there's matter versus matter,

Where we're pushing,

Trying to control,

Looking at our goals and our lives from analytical,

Statistical views.

Or we can simply release the chains,

Surrender,

And allow ourselves to feel the pure potential,

The pure possibility.

My heart is my guide and I trust.

My heart is my guide and I have faith.

My heart is my guide and I believe.

Feeling connected to your heart space.

Your heart center is your superpower.

You can return to it at any time.

Let this energy carry you forth and surrender yourself to a heart filled,

Beautiful life led by love.
