Good morning.
A way that I love to start my day is as soon as my feet hit the ground,
My gratitude goes up.
If you are listening to my voice,
Stay here and allow the awareness of another day in front of you to fill you up with gratitude,
Hope,
And possibility.
Take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with love and gratitude and the joy and possibility of this new day,
And exhale.
When we are grateful,
We are on a daily mission to look for the good.
Am I breathing?
I'll thank you.
I have a roof over my head?
Thank you.
I have food in my fridge?
Thank you.
I can move my body once again?
Thank you.
And the list goes on.
Today is genuinely a blessing,
And it's up to us to continually live in gratitude.
Repeat these affirmations out loud or in your mind.
I am so grateful for another day.
I am so grateful that everything is working out for me.
I am so grateful for the opportunities that are finding me.
I am so grateful for my body for carrying me and healing me and allowing me to express in this life.
I am grateful that I am no longer chasing.
What is meant for me is naturally coming closer.
I am grateful that I am learning to trust myself,
And that self-trust changes everything.
I am grateful that I am safe to relax,
I'm safe to receive,
And let life support me.
I am grateful for the love in my heart and how I choose to express it.
I am grateful that I am becoming more of myself every single day.
I am grateful for the courage to let go of what is no longer serving me.
I am grateful that things are aligning quietly behind the scenes.
I am grateful that I allow myself to enjoy my life.
I am grateful that I am no longer abandoning myself,
I stay with me.
I am grateful that life is responding to the positive energy that I am embodying.
I am so grateful to be supported and guided and I listen to my intuition.
I am grateful that I am here,
I am alive,
And I am stepping into the next chapter.
And now take another slow deep breath in,
And just let it go,
And feel what gratitude feels like in your body,
Not just as words,
But as a state,
As a frequency,
As a way of walking through life this day.
Gratitude softens your nervous system,
It opens your mind,
And it trains the awareness to notice how many things are already working out for you.
Today move forward as someone who expects good things,
And today is a great day.
