Feet flat on the ground.
Let your body be heavy,

When you're ready,
Take a deep breath into your belly for a count of three.
Fill all the way up.
Hold for two.
Slowly let it out for six until your lungs are empty.
And when you get to the bottom,
Hold it there in emptiness for two.
And we'll do this again.
Breathe in for a count of three all the way in.
Hold it for two.
And slowly exhale,
Letting it all out for six.
Let it all out.
Hold it at the bottom for two.
One more deep belly breath all the way in.
Fill your lungs for three.
All the way up.
Hold for two.
And slowly and gently exhale all the way out.
Push it all out.

Now return to your natural breathing rhythm.
Focus in and feel the breath entering your body and just letting it all fall out.
Now let your awareness fall to your sense of touch.
How does your body feel?
And up the body from your feet to the top of your head.
Do you notice any sensations?

Your clothing on your skin?
The air?
Turn to your sense of hearing.
What do you hear around you?
Is it the fridge buzzing?
Maybe children playing outside?
Cars driving by?
No need to judge those noises.
Just observe them.
Now bring it in closer.
What's the quietest,
Subtlest thing you hear?
Your own heartbeat?
Your own breathing?
How about your sight?
Through your closed eyes?
What do you see?
Light?
Textures?
Colors?
Movement?
What's the main thing you see?
What's the subtlest?
Do you smell anything?
A dog laying next to you?
Your own moisturizer or perfume?
Nothing in particular?
How about the taste in your mouth?
The tea you just sipped?
The mint you ate?
Or is it just neutral?
Now expand your awareness.
Tap back into all your physical sensations at once.
Everything you feel in your body,
On your skin.
Hear everything around you and in you.
See everything.
Smell everything.
Taste everything.
All your senses activated at once.
Alive.
Vibrating,
Receiving,
Being.
Stay as open and aware as you can with all your senses dialed all the way up.
There's no right or wrong way to do this.
Whatever you're doing is perfect.
Continue to breathe and observe.

Notice how it shows itself to you.
This is your intuition.
This is your personal inner guide,
Your highest knowing.
Your portal to the universe.

Ask if it has a message for you right now.

Don't question it.
Surrender,
Listen,
And receive.
Send love to your intuition,
