Transcript

Slowly and gently bring yourself into a seated position and close your eyes.

And we'll do a meditation practice together.

Just let your breath flow naturally as you inhale and exhale,

Feeling relaxed and calm,

Feeling grounded.

Relax your jaw,

Relax your shoulders,

Place your hand on your heart.

Send yourself love.

Believe yourself when you're by yourself right now.

Feel love for your whole being.

Really feel the love from your heart space going into every cell of your body.

Feel how much your heart loves you.

Feel how much your true intuitive self loves you.

This is the same heart that has been with you since day one.

And you're coming home to yourself right here.

Commit to yourself.

Commit to the mindset of I'm excited,

Even when it's hard.

Commit to trying something new.

Commit to your dream life.

This is it,

And you deserve it.

Repeat these affirmations out loud or in your mind.

I am committed to loving myself.

I allow myself to face and embrace change.

I am a creative genius.

I am creating a life I truly cherish.

I trust myself.

I believe in myself.

I can count on me.

It's safe to let go.

I am stepping in to the fullest and truest expression of myself.

I love myself.

I am here.

I am home.

Now slowly open your eyes.

Slowly come back to the room feeling grateful,

Feeling inspired,

Feeling full of energy and life.
