So lovely people let's make any final adjustments that we need to now.
And I chose this quote a couple of days ago so this is the intention that I've been directing towards our our meeting this evening and so really let your body and your mind receive and hear these words and knowing that this is what the meditation is infused with this evening.
So making those final adjustments and then maybe placing one hand on your heart the other on your abdomen or you could direct your hands wherever you feel that your body most needs your support and your love.
It's said in Qigong that your hands are your greatest healing tool so just just take a moment to feel where that's most needed.
Where is that healing energy from your hands most needed?
And notice how the warmth of your hands begins to penetrate the body and start to soften any hardness or contraction,
Softening the fluids of the body.
And so let's let's just really allow our minds and bodies to really receive this prayer that goes like this.
May the longtime Sun shine upon you.
All love surround you and the pure light within you guide your way on.

And as you really allow those words to sink in and really land right here I invite you even if that pure light within you maybe seems a long way away or inaccessible in this moment.
Even if it feels really far off.
I invite you just to be open that it's here and all that's really needed is is our shared commitment to allowing that to reveal itself.
And even if love feels very far off right now that just may we we be open this evening to an awareness that we are already surrounded by love.
It's not something that we need to to work for or create but just to to really let yourself be open to that.
And then I invite you to really feel that contact where your hands meet your body.
Just to feel that you're really here for yourself.
Just as though you were really bringing your presence to a beloved child that that really needs you.
And I really invite you to be that loving presence for your human self.
The one that may be dealing with challenges in your life right now.
To just really give yourself a break and to be held in your own and our shared presence.
And and let's just breathe together to really invite that prayer in to every cell of the body.
Starting to slow your breath right down and to really take your time.
There really is such a value to slowing down.
Whenever you're ready take that really deep breath right down into your belly and then just give the exhalation away with a really long releasing sigh of relief.
As we really give ourselves a break from all the stories of the world.
The stories of your own life.
And just let yourself drop into the love that surrounds you and the pure light within you.
Trusting that it's really very close no matter how far your mind will try and tell you it is.
It's right here closer than close.
And let your breath lead you to that space where that light just is and that love surrounds you.
Is in and of you.
And right now all that's being asked of you is just to be here and to take a few really really slow and really low breaths.
You don't need to make lots of effort.
Your body knows how to breathe.
More important that that breath goes really low.
Really feel the relief of just giving everything up for a while.
Nothing about you needs to be fixed.
Changed.
Just your breath going really low and really slow in and out of your body.
Aware of the in-breath and aware of each out-breath.
The breath caressing and soothing every nerve.
Sending a signal that it's really safe to let everything go just for now.
And just feel and follow the natural movement of your breath.
Your mind will wander.
And every time you notice that's life giving you a little reminder just to come back.
But without any judgement.
No judgement.
You can begin afresh in any moment.
And just notice how good it feels just to breathe.
To really feel that long drink of nourishment that is here in abundance for you.
Freely given.
And with every exhalation let's loosen the grip of controlling and trying and all of that effort which is just not needed right now.
And now your presence here is enough.
And your presence is completely effortless.
So just let any trying fall away.
And just let your breath be natural.
And don't even try to control your breath now.
But just trust that each breath will come naturally.
And that your body will breathe all by itself.
And let's really turn our attention to the whole body.
The whole body.
This body is allowed and has permission to feel tired.
To feel however you feel right now.
Your body has permission to feel how it does right now.
And just notice where your body makes contact with the support beneath.
And just let the weight of the whole body melt into that support.
So that you are held physically.
You are held energetically.
Energetically.
I love and support.
Feel the temperature of the body.
Just noticing.
The pulsation as this body breathes and the heart beats.
And the gift of being alive right now.
Handing all the holding to the whole body.
And allowing your body to rest.
Feel the simple sensation of your whole body.
And allowing your body to rest.
Feel the simple sensation in the palms of your hands.
Without even trying.
Let that feeling,
Palms of hands,
Come to you.
And really meet it.
Just as it is.
Just as it is.
Heat.
Tingling.
Pulsation.
Palms of hands.
It's too much effort to imagine them.
Or visualize them.
Just be with the actual feeling that's here right now already.
Palms.
Of hands.
Perhaps you can feel the beating of your heart here.
In the palms.
Of hands.
Thumbs.
Second fingers.
Third.
Fourth.
Little fingers.
Giving up their weight.
Wrists.
Forearms.
Elbows.
Upper arms.
The simple experience.
Arms.
Giving up their weight.
Heavy.
And light.
In the same moment.
Shoulders sinking down.
Right shoulder blade.
Left shoulder blade.
Right shoulder blade.
Left shoulder blade.
Right shoulder blade.
The shoulders giving up.
All the burdens and concerns.
That may have been placed upon them.
Let them empty out.
Feeling the parts of your back.
That are making contact with the surface beneath.
The bones.
Just so very grateful to.
Give up their weight.
And be held.
The spine.
Releasing.
And letting go.
The tailbone softening right down.
And all of this.
Happening by itself.
Nothing that you need to do.
Your effortless presence.
Is truly enough.
And that remains whether your body.
Sleeps or.
Is wakeful.
The whole front.
Of the body.
The gentle rise and fall.
Of your chest.
As your body gently breathes.
The heart.
Softening.
It's protection and defence.
So that.
You feel.
A felt sense.
Of the love.
At the core.
Of your being and your heart.
Overflowing.
And saturating every cell.
Of your body.
The gentle rise and fall.
Of your abdomen.
As the breath.
Comes in.
And as the breath.
Leaves.
And the soft.
Contents.
Of the abdomen.
Or the organs.
Or the lungs.
The digestive system.
Really being held.
And trusting.
That.
Your body.
Knows what it needs to do.
To heal.
Itself.
No.
Interference is required.
No agenda.
Or strategy is needed.
Just to hold.
This body.
In your tender loving care.
The pelvis releasing its weight.
Right hip.
Left hip.
Right buttock.
Left buttock.
The legs.
The legs.
As feel and welcome.
The simple experience.
Legs.
Referring only.
To the immediate feeling.
Right here.
In this moment.
Legs completely.
Abandoning their weight.
Thighs.
Knees.
Lower legs.
Ankles.
Soles of feet.
Giving your full.
Undivided.
And wide open attention.
To the simple experience.
Soles.
Of feet.
Legs.
Heavy.
Light.
And light.
Legs.
Both heavy.
And light.
In the very same moment.
Feel where your head.
Meets the pillow.
And just let the weight.
Of your whole head.
Sink into that support.
Let your forehead.
Be smooth and soothed.
Space between eyebrows.
Softening.
And opening.
And the eyes.
Taking rest.
In the support of each socket.
Eyes giving up their weight.
And a softening of the whole face.
The whole face.
Softening.
The tongue resting in the mouth.
The hinges of the jaw.
Softening.
The throat settling down.
And just take a moment to scan your body.
Noticing any areas that need you.
That need your loving presence.
Parts that feel contracted.
Tight or held.
There's nothing to contain right now.
It's really safe.
To feel everything.
But do nothing.
The whole body.
The whole body.
Alive.
With sensation.
The pure light.
Within you.
Sparkling.
And twinkling.
In every cell.
Of your body.
And right now I invite you.
If you haven't already.
To just give up any last trace.
Of doing.
And letting go.
Or maintaining.
Trying to get somewhere different.
Just to give all of that up.
And as we lie here together.
Simply being.
May the long time sun.
Shine upon you.
All love.
Surround you.
And the pure light.
Within you.
Guide your way on.
So let's just be together friends.
Bathing.
In the sweetness.
Of the love.
In the sweetness.
Of being.
Soaking up.
The light and the love.
That you are at the core.
And once again really welcoming.
The presence of the body.
Feeling its weight.
The temperature.
The sensation in the palms of the hands.
And see if you can really be here fully.
Whether body feels comfortable or uncomfortable.
Just really being here.
For.
This companion throughout your life.
Your body.
Feeling its aliveness.
Its commitment to you.
How committed this body is.
To being the.
The consort with you in this life.
So let's let the body breathe.
And let it breathe.
Really slowly and really deeply again.
Slowing it down.
And giving yourself all the time you need.
For a long.
Nourishing.
And fulfilling breath.
And just feel that relief.
That happens at that moment that you give up the breath.
And give it back.
Feeling.
That movement of your breath.
In.
The inner passageways of your nostrils.
Sending it really low.
Really low.
Your abdomen filling up like a balloon.
As you receive that breath.
And as we just breathe together in this moment.
And as we breathe.
Together in this way.
Let's call forward a prayer.
For our lives.
It's taking some time to really check in.
What really matters to you.
And what do you value most.
In this life.
Getting in touch.
With.
The deepest longing of your heart.
Trusting that that prayer is in our field of being.
And has been witnessed.
Seen and heard.
And let's call forward whatever help we may need.
Just taking a moment to ask.
And be open to receiving.
And to be open to receiving.
All the help that you need.
With whatever challenges you may be facing.
In your human life.
Being open to all the unforeseen ways that that help.
May come.
And then let's.
Spend some time.
Really calling forward.
With deep gratitude.
All the blessings of our lives.
All that we already have.
Let's acknowledge that.
Counting each blessing.
The people that you love.
The air that we breathe.
The support of our.

It's all here for you.

Hi Manda, First time I’ve done this one and it’s now also on my go-to list! It’s so lovely to feel a group energy here, even though I didn’t get to the live session. Whenever I listen to your meditations I find that mere words of gratitude are never enough. I really needed to listen to this and it coincided with something that was communicated to me last night regarding the inner light of love and purity.
