Welcome to this music meditation.
Make yourself really comfortable now and take a few slow and low breaths.
Breathing right down into your belly and exhaling with a long and soft sigh.
Take as many of these deep,
Releasing breaths as your mind and body need to settle down.
Let the exhalation lead you into the very simple,
Effortless space of just being.
Let the weight of your whole body drop into the surface beneath it.
Let your jaws,
Face,
Softening,
Eyes,
Resting back,
Shoulders sinking down.
As you lie here quietly now,
Nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Just listening with your whole body to the music moment by moment by moment.
Now taking a few more of those really low and slow breaths.
Breathing right down into your belly and exhaling with a long sigh.
Let your body move and stretch when you're ready.
