This Sacred Practice is a guided meditation that helps you let go of whatever you are holding on to. Work, pressure, to-do lists, intrusive thoughts - whatever noise we are experiencing that does not relate to this moment now: we release. This practice begins with a guided breath practice with an elongated exhale (inhale four/exhale eight) and gently guides you to soften and relax and let go of whatever is weighing you down.
