Feel the vitality of life, Existence surging forth as this moment. What is fueling this instant? What is giving rise to you and the experiences presently arising? How can we even begin to make sense of or fathom this vitality that is bringing forth and shining forth as every moment? This force that puts you to sleep every night and gets you up every morning. The inconceivable intelligence and energy that lives and breathes and throbs as every moment. That fuels every motivation, Every inclination, Every preference, Every desire. The primal force of the cosmos itself appearing as this very instant. This big bang that has never actually stopped but lives on as every moment, Springing forth as everything that appears.

amazing narrative!

I’m running out of superlatives for this series of one-minute exercises. This one is more of a talk (albeit an incredibly short one) than a guided meditation, but its content is, as always, terrific and thought provoking.
