Moment by moment,

We're losing this.

This experience is vanishing.

Reality is disappearing.

We can't hold on to anything.

And yet,

Even as reality,

Even as experience is vanishing moment by moment,

It never actually disappears.

Reality remains.

Experiencing remains.

Even as it is constantly slipping away,

Forever changing,

Becoming the next thing.

And so the paradox is that we are always losing reality,

And yet never losing it.

Always losing experience,

And yet never actually losing it,

Because experiencing is constant.
