Begin to find a comfortable seat,

Closing your eyes and finding relaxation in your body,

Taking several slow,

Deep breaths,

Using your breath to turn inwards and connect with any sensations,

Images,

Feelings,

Or thoughts that arise.

In this still and quiet space,

Begin to set an intention to release anything that is ready to be let go.

Breathing this intention into your body,

Allowing it to become a part of you.

Reflect for a moment on the natural cycles of life.

Beginning,

Middle,

And end.

Understanding that the energy of completion is beneficial and necessary for your growth.

Now bring to mind something in your life that has reached its time of completion.

Breathe into the awareness that accepting impermanence is crucial for your spiritual,

Mental,

Emotional,

And physical well-being.

Ask yourself what you need to know to feel safe and secure in letting go of what no longer serves you.

Listen for the answers,

Allowing them to arise from your heart or intuition.

Trust whatever comes up for you.

Now envision what could be possible for you once you let this go.

What new opportunities await you?

Enhance this visual in your mind's eye,

Its color,

Contrast,

Size,

And brightness to be as powerful,

Positive,

And bold as possible.

With this glimpse into your potential future,

Ask your inner wisdom what action steps you need to take to remove any old branches in your life.

Allowing you to fully embrace this new vision for yourself,

Take a moment to listen closely for the answers.

Allow yourself to fully receive this guidance from your intuition and your heart of what steps you need to take in your life to let go and move forward.

Breathing in this new guidance and breathing out the old,

What does it feel like in your body to let go?

If you feel resistance within this letting go,

See if you can bring your breath to the resistance,

Using your exhalations to help you let go.

Breathing in new energy and life and breathing out that which no longer serves you.

Take a few deep breaths to reinvigorate your body with this new energy.
