Breath is our constant companion and a life giving force. When we pay attention to it in quality-ways, we can really drink in the goodness our body thrives on. This practice offers three simple breaths - one to ground, one to land in your body and feel your space, and one for your heart - that radiant organ of unlimited potential. Enjoy!

Hello and welcome,

I'm Alison and let's just take three precious breaths but take each one twice.

The first breath is just to land in the space,

Just to feel there is ground underneath us and air around us.

And the second one is to land in our own body,

Our own breath and just come back home there.

Whatever you're feeling that is in your body,

Just let it be there without a fight.

And the third breath to take ourselves into our heart,

The electromagnetic field that is your field of possibility,

So that we can have a breath breathing in and out of our heart.

And we'll do each of those breaths twice and I'm offering this as a way to arrive,

To feel safe,

To feel a little bit more here and connected and ready perhaps to begin again and certainly to be back with ourselves.

And one thing I want to say is however you're feeling,

However you're showing up right now,

Literally anything that's going on right now inside of you,

Let it be welcome.

Maybe drop any feeling that you have to be other than what you are right now and give every part of you a chance to breathe too.

Often that's exactly what's needed.

So let's begin.

The first breath is to feel the ground underneath us and the air around us.

So plug your feet or your sitting bones down.

Feel that connection.

Again,

Feel the air on your skin and take a breath in and out and down back into the ground.

Your next breath,

Feel your body,

Take a breath into your body and then out again feeling your body settle,

Create space.

With the next breath,

Breathe directly into your heart and then out again through your heart space.

And then continuing to breathe,

Feeling grounded,

Feeling your body and feeling your heart expanding with each breath,

That electromagnetic field that's your field of possibility.

And then we'll go again and I'll give minimal instruction now,

So get ready to begin.

Feeling the ground,

Feeling space as you breathe in and out.

Now for your body,

Coming home there,

Beautiful.

And now your third breath taking you into your heart,

Breathing in,

Breathing directly into your heart,

Right down to the bottom of your chest.

And now sense how you feel.

You might feel a little more here,

You might feel a little more in your body and you might have awoken some of your heart energy so that you can let that lead you and keep expanding as you move through another beautiful day on earth.

You might feel something has softened or released.

And remember,

These three breaths are very precious and can be taken in any moment quietly with yourself.

First breath,

Feeling the ground and where you are.

Just knowing there's ground underneath you,

We sometimes forget.

Just knowing there's air touching your skin that is part of infinite space of the universe.

We have space.

Just knowing and feeling our own body,

Our own breath and our own aliveness.

Coming back to center and then breathing in and out of our heart,

Amplifying the energy there and all its magnetic potential.

Let me know how you found these three breaths and thank you for practicing with me today.

Until next time,

Bye for now.

As always this came at the perfect time for me. Things have been exceptionally crazy lately and this had me stop and be in that moment. Your voice brought comfort and peace in the exercise. Wonderful
