Okay,

Beautiful.

So welcome to today's grounding meditation.

I'm going to invite you to sit comfortably and just have your back straight but not rigid.

So relaxing your shoulders,

Placing your hands comfortably in your lap and closing your eyes for me.

And as you close your eyes,

Turning that beautiful attention inwards to your inside world,

Giving yourself a moment to arrive,

Arriving into your body,

Arriving into the here and now,

And connecting with your breath here.

Just becoming the observer of breath.

We're not breathing in any particular way.

Just noticing.

Are you breathing light?

Are you breathing heavy?

Where in your body are you feeling your breath the most?

Bringing your awareness to this area and just gently being with your breath.

The word for breath in Sanskrit is spirit.

Our breath is our life force,

Breathing in new energy every moment of every day and on the out-breath,

Allowing our breath to release and let go of anything that no longer serves us.

Today we're going to remember that we are on this path,

Taking one step at a time,

One step at a time,

One decision at a time,

Being in the present moment,

Allowing our life to unfold.

So I'm going to invite you to bring your awareness to the top of your head,

To your crown chakra,

And we're going to visualize an opening here.

And we're going to visualize light pouring in from the divine,

From the creator at the top of our head.

And I would like you to choose a color for this light today.

What color do you feel drawn to today?

Is it purple or pink or white or blue,

Or maybe a mixture,

Everything in between.

And we're going to see that light pour into the top of our head,

Move into every single neuro pathway in our mind.

And it's going to run straight down our spine,

All the way down to our root chakra,

Where we see it come out.

And the light continues to go all the way in to the center,

The core of the earth,

Connecting us,

Rounding us to Mama Gaya.

And this light is going to give us stability for our practice today.

As we move into our heart center now,

I'm going to invite you to breathe in through the back of your heart today,

Breathing in through the back of your heart and breathing out through the front of your heart.

And as we breathe in,

We're expanding our heart's energy,

Connecting with our heart center.

As we breathe out,

We release and let go.

Breathing in expansion and growth,

Breathing out limitations,

Breathing in peace,

Breathing out worry,

Breathing in love,

Breathing out fear.

As you say to yourself,

I'm exactly where I am meant to be.

Everything is always working out for me.

I expect miracles and I experience miracles as I move through my day.

I know that I'm being guided and led on this path by a higher power.

And when I connect to this and I listen to my intuition,

My journey becomes so exciting and expansive and full of joy and fun.

I know everyone that I meet on this path is a teacher,

A teacher of my creation.

And there is something to be learned from every experience.

I love life.

I love the blessings,

The abundance,

The expansion and the growth that I get to experience in this physical human body.

I get to choose love over fear.

I want you to see the color that you've chosen as a big ball of light in the middle of your heart.

And with each breath in that you take,

This ball of light expands just a little bit more,

Feeling the intensity of the beautiful healing energy that this light is bringing.

As we see it expand out past our heart walls,

And it moves slowly,

Gently,

Smoothly into every cell of our body.

With each breath,

It grows bigger and bigger.

And we're going to keep breathing in expansion into this light energy until it's three feet out from our body.

And we have this beautiful energetic bubble of protection around us.

As the light moves through every cell in your body,

It transmutes and transforms any heavier densities and energies,

Allowing your frequency to rise,

Your energy to transform,

Allowing the silence to be your teacher,

Noticing what is emerging in the silence,

In the space.

Be the witness of it.

Don't judge it.

Just be.

You are an incredibly powerful being with many lessons already under your belt.

We are here on a journey of remembering,

Remembering our true power,

Remembering who we really are,

Breathing in through your heart center and continuing to connect with this divine energy within,

Expanding into your heart's energy and noticing what's happening in your body as you breathe into your heart space.

Just noticing any restriction or any tightness or indeed where it feels really expansive and in flow.

Does my breath move with ease?

Remembering that your life is in your hands.

It's all up to you.

And taking time to go in and spend time in a meditative state helps you to build and nourish this beautiful and sacred relationship with self.

Spending time with yourself is the most valuable time you can spend.

This relationship that you have with you is the only one you'll have from birth till death.

Getting to know yourself,

Learning to trust yourself and allowing yourself to be guided by your own divine inner wisdom is the path.

So my invitation is to listen as we move into a few minutes of silence together.

Just listen.

For now,

I want you to visualize pulling that light back up from Mama Gaya,

All the way back up through your root chakra and we're bringing it up into our heart center,

Where our heart is going to hold this frequency.

And I want you to close off the root chakra,

Keeping this energy within.

And then we're going to do the same with our crown chakra.

So see the light coming from source all the way down,

Down our spinal cord,

Past our throat chakra and into our heart.

And then closing off the crown chakra and bringing all this beautiful light energy into our heart center.

And this energy is going to stay with you,

Energize you,

Continue to transform you from within and help you on your healing journey.

And we're going to end today's practice with five breaths.

And we're going to breathe in for the count of four.

And we're going to breathe out for the count of six.

So taking our first breath in and out,

Breathe in and breathe out,

And breathe in and breathe out,

Breathe in and breathe out,

And breathe in and breathe out.

Just allowing your breath to return to normal and gently bringing awareness to your fingers,

To your toes.

And when you're ready,

You can gently open your eyes,

Coming back into your body,

Giving yourself a moment to transition from your practice.

Beautiful.
