As we sit still,

Relaxing our body and closing our eyes,

We turn our attention inwards,

Gently just placing your awareness on your breath,

Really feeling the rhythm of your breath as it enters and leaves your body.

A moment in time,

A precious inward moment of reflection.

Release and let go now.

Breathe in peace and breathe out stress.

Breathe in peace and breathe out stress.

Allow your shoulders to relax.

Bring your awareness to your heart.

As you breathe in,

Visualize your heart area expanding,

Awakening this precious,

Beautiful,

Divine heart energy.

Continuing to breathe in this beautiful,

Peaceful energy.

As we release and let go,

Relax your fingers,

Relax your toes,

Relax your jaw now.

Just be in this moment.

If the mind is busy,

Just notice,

Observe,

That's okay.

Just watch your thoughts as they come and go.

Bringing yourself home to your breath again.

I am peace.

I am beauty.

I am flow.

I am grace.

I am divine.

I am love.

I am,

I am,

I am,

That I am.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes and gently bring yourself back,

Moving your fingers and toes.

And take one last deep breath in.

Beautiful and releasing,

Let go.
