So you are very welcome to today's meditation and today we are going to go on a journey deep within,
Give ourselves a moment to find some space,
Some stillness,
Some rest.
So sitting comfortably with your shoulders nice and relaxed,
Your hands resting in your lap and as you close your eyes,
Just turning your attention inwards.
And just allowing yourself to settle as we begin our practice today.
Taking a nice big deep breath and a nice audible sigh as we give ourselves permission to relax our forehead and our jaw,
Our mouth,
Our shoulders,
Our arms,
Our hands,
Relaxing our back,
Relaxing our full body weight in the chair that we're sitting on,
Trusting that you're being held.
Relax your legs,
Relaxing your feet,
Bringing your awareness into your heart space for me today and bringing your breath to your heart,
Breathing in and out through the heart space.
Breathing in expansion,
Breathing out,
Releasing and letting go.
And then visualizing a small little version of yourself in your heart and this version of yourself is going to go on a beautiful adventure today.
And you see a crystal staircase in the center of your heart and you begin to make your way down this crystal staircase.
And as you descend down each step,
You go deeper and deeper into relaxation,
Deeper and deeper into your inner world.
And as you come to the end of the staircase,
There's a huge big tree in front of you.
And there's a massive door at the side of the tree and you go over and you open this door and you jump onto a slide and this slide takes you all the way down deep,
Deep,
Deep,
Deep down into the roots of the tree and you're whirling and swirling and twirling and it's so much fun.
And when you come to the end,
It opens into the most magnificent world you've ever seen.
And you realize that there's a whole other world under ours.
One that's full of laughter,
Full of joy.
We see little fairies,
Lots of different elementals and there's so much beauty here and you get the opportunity to step onto a beautiful train and this train is different to anyone you've been on before.
There's actually,
There's no roof and as you sit on,
You're able to see everything and these tracks go high and low and in and out through this beautiful and magical world.
And as you step onto this train,
It begins to take you through the magical woods,
Deep into the forest.
You feel a deep sense of connection to nature here.
Everything feels like it's more alive if that's even possible.
It's like everything is communicating with you.
And the train goes into deep,
Deep,
Deep into the woods.
And you step out and there's a big circle in the middle of the woods and there's a gorgeous fire in the middle.
And as you go and sit by this circle,
You're sitting with all of these different animals.
There's a hawk,
There's an owl,
There's an eagle,
There's foxes and bears,
There's rabbits and hares,
There's hummingbirds,
There's red cardinals,
There's even snakes here,
But you feel no fear.
Every different type of bug you can imagine.
You can hear the buzz of honeybees.
And what's more interesting is that you can understand each one of these animals in a very deep and profound way.
And they invite you to come and sit by the fire and just take a moment to connect.
And as you sit yourself down comfortably,
You close down your eyes,
Trusting in your environment,
Trusting in your surroundings.
And you can feel this beautiful warm glow from the fire.
And you feel so safe and grounded in your body.
And the animals ask you,
What is it you would love us to help you with today?
And sharing with them from your heart,
Whatever is live for you in the moment.
And then ask them,
Do they have any wisdom for you?
And they invite you to carry your energy here today.
And they said,
What you're going to do is you're going to dance around the fire,
First of all,
In a clockwise direction,
You're going to move around the fire three times,
Dancing,
Singing,
Having fun,
Full of joy.
And all the animals,
The birds,
The insects,
All of the creatures are dancing with you.
And as you dance around the fire,
You see her flames dancing with you.
And the birds and the animals ask you to pick up some twigs,
Any old twigs that you see around and gather some maybe leaves and you're going to make a little bundle,
A little beautiful sacred bundle.
And the bunny comes over and hands you a little bit of twine.
And she invites you to tie your bundle together with this twine.
And then she asks you to hold your bundle to your heart.
And anything that is no longer serving you that you wish to let go of today,
You're going to put it into the bundle energetically.
And then as you go the other way around the fire,
Anti-clockwise,
You are going to throw the bundle into the fire.
And as you do,
You're going to say,
I release,
I let go,
And I welcome the new.
So you can begin to make your journey around the fire and wait until you feel ready.
And when you feel ready,
Throw the bundle into the fire and everybody cheers.
Everybody cheers,
They're so full of excitement.
And they're clapping and dancing.
As you say,
I release and let go,
And I welcome the new.
And then just thanking each and every one of them.
Some of them come over and give you a hug.
And they tell you that it's time the train is leaving,
Taking you back home,
But you can come and visit them anytime you like.
And they encourage you to remember the magic that lies beneath the surface.
And this magic also lies within you.
And be mindful not to carry the weight of the world.
Let your baggage go,
Lighten your load,
As you sit in the train and it makes its way back,
Back to the roots of the tree.
And you wonder,
How am I going to make my way back up?
And then it's if by magic,
You sit yourself on the side,
And you're taken backwards and it's so fun.
And you're taken all the way around and back up all the way to the door of the tree again.
As you step back into your heart,
Begin to make your way up the crystal staircase.
And with each step that you take,
You feel so connected and aligned,
So calm and peaceful.
We're going to count from five to one.
When I reach one,
You're going to open your eyes,
Be fully present and back in the room.
Five,
Four,
Coming back into your physical body,
Three,
Becoming more aware,
Two,
At the top of the stairs now,
And one,
Gently opening your eyes and coming back into the room.
