Okay,

Beautiful,

So you are very,

Very welcome to today's meditation.

So sitting comfortably with your back nice and relaxed,

Relaxing your hands,

Relaxing your jaw,

Relaxing your shoulders,

And just allow your body to fully relax its own weight,

Surrendering your body weight,

And closing your eyes,

Turning your attention inwards,

Giving yourself just a moment to arrive,

A moment to arrive into your body,

Into the here and now,

And dropping into your heart for me and bringing your full presence and awareness to your heart space,

Breathing in expansion,

Activating our sacred heart's energy,

Breathing out,

We release and let go of any tension or stress or worry,

Breathing in the new,

Letting go of the old energy,

And I want you to visualize a small version of yourself standing in the center of your heart,

And there's a beautiful crystal staircase in front of you,

And you begin to walk down this crystal staircase,

And with each step you take you go deeper and deeper into your inner world,

And with each step you feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed,

More at ease with each step that you take,

And as you come to the last few steps of the stairs,

You see a really big,

Beautiful white door in front of you,

And as you open the door,

It opens into the most magical world you've ever seen,

The colors seem brighter and more vivid than any color you've seen on earth,

The sky is bluer,

The grass is greener,

And the first thing you notice is that there's unicorns,

And there's all these wonderful animals,

Birds that you've never seen the likes of before,

And the first thing you notice about this magical place is how peaceful it is.

As soon as you step foot on the grass,

You just feel the sense of peace and groundedness and connection,

And overhead there's a hawk seeking your attention,

And it's asking you to follow it as it flies,

Follow its path deep into the forest,

And you follow the hawk with great excitement,

Where is this hawk taking me?

What are we going to see?

What are we going to do?

And as you move towards the hawk,

You enter into the most magical forest,

A forest where the trees are speaking,

Even the leaves feel like they're alive,

And the hawk guides you through this narrow path that comes to an opening with a beautiful campfire,

And these beautiful seats around the campfire.

You take a seat,

And you sit,

And just take a moment in silence to be with the energy of the fire,

To allow the energy of the forest to seep into every single cell of your body.

And we're going to do some processes today to let go,

To let go of past pain,

Past grief,

Past heartache,

Or anything that we would love to let go of today's the day.

And as you're sitting beside the fire,

I want you to take out a piece of paper,

And the first question you're going to answer is,

What would I love to let go of?

What would I love to let go of?

And this can be emotions that have been bothering you.

Maybe judgments that have been coming up about yourself and others.

Maybe comparison,

Or maybe a relationship that has recently finished,

That you would like to just let go of now.

Take all the blessings and the learnings,

But let go.

Or maybe you would just like to use this opportunity to alchemize and let go of an old version of yourself and birth the new.

So see yourself writing on this piece of paper what you would love to let go of today.

And when you're ready,

I want you to stand up and throw the piece of paper into the fire.

And as you do,

You're going to dance around the fire celebrating,

Jumping around,

Going around the fire,

Dancing and going in circles.

And you can chant to yourself silently,

I let go of the old and I welcome the new.

I let go of the old and I welcome the new.

I let go of the old it feels so light,

Bright and free.

I welcome the new version of me.

And notice how your body feels as you dance around the fire.

You can make silly shapes,

Dance with the fire,

Feel the energy of the forest,

And just feel a sense of joy and expansion and fun in every single cell of your body.

And then I'm going to invite you to sit back down again.

And as you sit back down,

You're going to get another piece of paper.

But this time,

You're going to put the question down.

What would I love to call in?

What would I love to call in and stay in your heart center?

As you ask these questions?

Maybe it's more abundance in every way more joy.

More growth.

Maybe it's a beautiful divine partnership.

New business.

More time with friends,

Family and in nature,

What would you love to call in?

We're all on different stages of this wonderful journey through life.

And as you think about what you would love to call in,

Really bring into your physical body how that would feel.

How that would feel as if it's here right now.

So we're pulling the future into the present.

And we're feeling it as if it's here in this moment.

We're already experiencing it.

And it feels exciting and magical and expansive.

And when you are ready,

I'm going to invite you to fold up that piece of paper,

Stand up again,

Throw it in the fire and watch it burn and fire is a powerful,

Powerful element,

Transformational energy.

And we're going to dance around the fire again,

Celebrating life,

Celebrating ourselves.

And as you're dancing around the fire,

The birds come to dance with you,

The squirrels and all the foxes and all the various forest animals,

They come to celebrate you with you.

They also come to remind you that we are one we are all interconnected.

And when we're connected to nature and each other,

We feel such a sense of purpose and peace.

When we remember who we really are.

It's time for you to go now as you say thank you to the fire,

The forest animals,

The trees,

The ground,

The sky.

And the hawk gently guides you back down the windy path.

And what you notice is how safe you feel here.

How connected,

What a beautiful sense of belonging.

Think I know who I am when I'm here.

I remember,

I remember,

I remember.

As you make your way back over to the door and begin to climb those gorgeous crystal staircase.

Each step filled with joy and lightness.

Each step helping you remember who you are.

And as you get to the top of the staircase,

You take a moment to take a nice big inhalation.

And hold your breath at the top.

And release.

And again,

Breathing in.

Holding your breath at the top.

And release.

And again,

Breathing in.

Holding your breath at the top.

And release.

And when you're ready,

Gently bringing movement into your fingers and your toes.

And release.

And gently opening your eyes and just giving yourself a moment to transition from your practice today.
