So you are very welcome to today's meditation where we are going to take a beautiful journey through a sacred forest,
A place of deep healing and connection with the wisdom of nature.
So find a comfortable position.
You can do this sitting or lying down today.
And close your eyes for me.
And as you close your eyes,
Taking a nice big deep breath in through your nose,
Allowing the air to fill your lungs and exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension,
Worry,
And stress.
So I want you to visualize a beautiful forest.
You're standing at the edge of a lush sacred forest.
And there's this incredible entrance to this forest.
It's a beautiful archway covered in vibrant flowers.
And as you step through this archway,
You feel such a sense of peace and calm.
And the forest welcomes you with open arms.
And as you begin walking along the winding path in the forest,
You feel a sense of peace washing over you.
You're surrounded by the most amazing ancient trees.
And you're tuning in to the soothing sounds of nature.
You can feel the soft earth beneath your feet grounding you,
Connecting you with each step that you take.
The sunlight is filtering through the leaves.
It's creating this magical dance of shadow and light.
And as you continue to walk along your path,
You come across a wise owl.
And this wise owl is perched on a branch of a tree.
And you can feel his energy beckoning you,
Calling you to connect.
And the owl represents wisdom and intuition.
And as you approach the owl,
You feel its calming presence Ask the owl for guidance today on your healing journey.
And just take a moment in silence to listen attentively to any messages that the owl may have for you.
And now,
As you continue to move along the path,
Thanking the wise owl,
Further along this path,
You encounter a beautiful,
Gentle deer.
And as you approach this deer,
You feel a real sense of kindness and warmth emanating from the deer.
So I'm going to invite you now to allow the deer's energy to really embrace you.
And the deer's energy is going to bring healing to any wounds that you may carry.
And you can sit beside the deer.
You can talk to the deer.
Listen to the deer.
Or just very simply bathe in the energetic space that the deer is in.
And then you're going to continue down the path until you find a clearing.
And in this clearing,
A powerful bear stands.
And the bear embodies strength and courage.
So approach the bear and absorb its strength today,
Allowing it to fortify your spirit.
And as you do,
Feel a renewed sense of resilience and confidence.
And receiving all these gifts from these beautiful animals today helps us to reconnect with these energies inside of us.
And as we move through today's meditation,
You should notice which animal you have the strongest and deepest connection with.
And thanking the bear,
You're going to continue on through the forest.
And in the higher part of the forest,
You begin to notice an eagle soaring gracefully in the sky above.
And this eagle represents vision and freedom.
And as you connect with the eagle,
Feel a sense of liberation.
Allow your own spirit to soar above any challenges,
Gaining a broader perspective.
And as you descend from flying with the eagle,
You come across a wise turtle by a serene pond.
The turtle symbolizes patience and grounding.
So connect in with the turtle's energy and feel rooted to the earth,
Sensing a deep calmness settling within you.
And you can hear the sound of water nearby.
So as you begin to continue down the path,
You find a beautiful waterfall cascading over smooth rocks.
And you step into the rejuvenating waters.
You feel the healing energy cleansing your body,
Mind,
And spirit.
And you allow any remaining tension or negativity to wash away.
And as you step out of the water,
You begin to make your way back along the path.
And as you do,
Expressing appreciation to the forest,
To all the animals that you met with today,
And the healing energy that they shared with you.
And picture yourself stepping back through the archway,
Bringing all the wisdom and the healing of the sacred forest journey with you today.
And returning back into your body,
Taking some nice deep breaths with me now.
Gradually bringing awareness back into your physical surroundings.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And when you're ready,
Gently opening your eyes.
And may the healing energy of this sacred forest meditation stay with you as you navigate your personal journey of self-discovery and wellbeing.
