You are so welcome to today's meditation.
We are going to take this beautiful and sacred journey inwards,
Connecting deeply in with our heart space,
Relaxing,
Giving ourselves an opportunity to really truly let go,
Even if it's just for a few minutes.
So sitting comfortably for me,
Closing down your beautiful eyes and relaxing your jaw,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing your hands,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Connecting with your breath,
Taking a nice big,
Deep breath.
Nice big audible sigh.
Let's do that again.
One more.
Dropping into your sacred heart space for me.
We're going to connect with our heart's energy,
Inviting our heart into our meditation practice today.
We're going to do this by breathing in and out of our heart space.
Breathing in expansion,
Deeper connection.
And on the out breath,
We get the opportunity to release,
Let go.
Each sacred breath in brings us deeper and deeper into the heart space.
And each breath gives us the opportunity to let go,
Let go of any worry,
Tension,
Or any energy that no longer serves you.
This is our opportunity to consciously work with the energy,
Filling yourself up with light and letting the heaviness go.
And with each breath in,
Seeing if you can relax,
Relax even deeper.
Using the out breath as a vehicle for relaxation.
So the in breath,
The support,
The out breath,
A vehicle to let go just a little bit more.
And you'll notice on each out breath,
When you breathe out,
There's always a little bit more that we can let go of.
And in this space,
The stillness and the silence,
Just notice,
Be the observer.
Visualizing a small version of yourself in your heart center.
I'm going to invite you to take a journey deeper into your heart,
Into a magical,
Magical world.
And there's a spiral staircase in the center of your heart,
And I want you to begin to walk down the spiral staircase.
And with each step you take,
You're going deeper and deeper and deeper,
Deeper and deeper into your inner world.
And as you open the door at the end of the spiral staircase,
You step out into the sky,
And you step onto a beautiful,
Big,
Fluffy cloud where you lie.
And the fluffy cloud envelops you and you feel so safe.
And as you open the door,
You step out into the sky and you step onto a beautiful,
So safe.
And as you fly by on the fluffy cloud,
You get to look down at the beautiful and magical world we live in,
And all the hustle and bustle and noise.
And to your right,
A hawk comes in to the site.
And the hawk says,
Get on my back,
Come journey with me,
Come see what I see.
And as you sit on the back of the hawk,
You glide up into the sky,
These amazing creatures,
So close to divinity,
Messengers of God.
And you swoop down and they take you into the most magical forest.
And he goes in and out of the trees.
He goes low over lakes,
High over mountains.
He gives you a different perspective of this glorious world that we live in.
And as you fly with him,
You begin to see the magic in everything.
You begin to see the magic in everything.
The magic of the mountains,
The lakes,
The birds,
The trees,
The ants,
And everything in between.
And he explains to you that from here,
He sees everything.
He sees the suffering,
He sees the pain,
He sees the joy and the happiness.
And he explains,
If only you knew what I knew,
If only you could see what I see,
If only you could hear the whispers and open your heart to the divine messages that are constantly seeking you.
So he invites you back up into the clouds again.
And he invites you to sit back on one of the big fluffy clouds.
And as you sit on this big fluffy cloud,
You sit in meditation pose.
And you sit with your hands up on your legs,
Your palms facing up.
And this is in order to receive.
Receiving light energy,
Healing and clearing today from the divine.
And here you sit between two worlds,
Heaven and earth.
And you feel yourself with each breath you take being filled with beautiful energy.
You feel every single cell in your body being transmuted and transformed.
You feel as light as the cloud you are sitting on.
Light as a feather.
And here the message is,
Worry not my child.
Because worry only brings heaviness.
And when we learn to lighten up and bring more joy and laughter and play into our lives,
We get to see life from a very different perspective.
We get to live in a different energy.
We get to be in a different place.
We get to be in a very,
Very different space,
Both within and without.
And just sit here now,
Enjoying the silence for a couple of minutes,
Bathing in this beautiful energy.
And as you hear my voice,
The cloud whisks you gently and swiftly over the top of your head.
And as you open the door,
Or you step back inside and begin to ascend the spiral staircase,
With a big smile on your face after your wonderful adventure.
And as you come back into your heart space,
We end today's practice with three deep,
Nourishing breaths.
And as we breathe in,
We breathe in through our nose and we hold our sacred breath at the top.
And then add a nice,
Big,
Audible sigh.
So let's take our first deep breath in.
Holding,
Sustaining the energy of the breath at the top.
And release.
Beautiful.
And our second breath.
Holding,
Sustaining the energy of the breath at the top.
And release.
Last one.
All the way in,
Right to the top.
Sustaining that breath hold.
And release.
Bringing movement back into your fingers and toes.
Gently opening your eyes when you're ready.
