Morning Pause
by Alisha
If your mind starts moving before your body has caught up, this meditation is for you. Many of us begin the day in subtle tension. We reach for our phones, start planning, and prepare for what’s ahead before we’ve fully arrived. It happens quickly and often without noticing with the nervous system shifts into doing mode. This practice offers a different way to start your day. Instead of trying to think positively or control the morning, you practice simple awareness and allow yourself to arrive slowly. Softness means starting the day without unnecessary pressure, which then gives your nervous system a few steady minutes to orient, settle, and open. This is a daily meditation you can return to each morning. A way to wake up gently, with clarity and presence, before the world asks anything of you. Enjoy.
