This guided meditation begins with breathwork, a body scan, and melts slowly into a sound bath. Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Solfeggio Tuning Pipes all focused on easing into deep sleep. Our minds wander throughout the day and recycle worries, thoughts and fears. When it's time to go to sleep, we may find it hard to make that shift from on to off. Ease into it by turning inwards with breath, mind and body riding the sound waves into slumber.
