We allow the sound healing and meditation to raise our vibration.
And this is a passive meditation where you just get to lay back and let the sound take your mind away,
Take your mind away from the work and everything that you are doing.
So we begin to connect with ourselves in this practice,
Placing our hand on our heart and one on our abdomen.
And we begin to simply check in with our bodies to listen to our heart beating,
To feel the life,
That breath moving through our body and realizing we don't have to do any work to make it happen.
We are passive to this constant flow of breath,
Of life,
Of blood through our bodies.
And deeply connect with this breath by breathing in through the nose and sending and filling the abdomen up,
Rising up through the chest,
Bringing that air up all the way through,
Letting it spread the collarbone as the wave washes and releasing from the chest through the abdomen.
Breathing in through the nose,
Deeply into the belly and releasing.
As you find yourself in a comfortable space,
Beginning to feel all the points of the body touching the floor or the bed or a chair.
And can you let go of the work?
Can you release the muscles and allow them to settle and relax?
We scan the body to offer relaxation and checking in first by connecting with our feet,
Feeling for each toe all the way through the heel,
The right and the left ankle,
The right and left shin and calf.
The right and left front of thigh and back of thigh.
The hips,
Allowing them to melt and relax.
Breathing deeply into the abdomen.
And continue by noticing each vertebra beginning with the tailbone and following up through low,
Mid and upper back.
Allowing a release and a letting go of the weak.
The shoulders melting into the ground.
As if you were laying on a cloud,
Holding you up,
Resting into its softness.
The shoulders and the arms begin to get heavy and melt down.
The throat and the back of the neck breathing deeply.
Imagine air coming in through the throat and making its way throughout the body.
Imagine all the muscles in the jaw unclenching,
Releasing,
Expressions washed off the face,
The forehead relaxing.
And begin to imagine your entire body floating on this cloud,
Lifting you up as you let go and release with full trust.
And allowing the sounds to continue to lift you up,
To lift your vibration,
To lift your energy.
And again,
As you let go and release with full trust.
And allowing the sounds to continue to lift you up,
To lift your energy.
