So go and lie down somewhere where you feel really comfy,

Like in your bed or on the sofa.

Maybe you want to get a blanket and get as comfy as you can.

And then when you're ready you can close your eyes.

And I want you to imagine that deep in the middle of your belly there is a magical special ball of light.

And this ball of light is whatever colour you want.

And what's special about this ball of light is that as you breathe and as you focus your attention on it,

It gets bigger and stronger with every breath.

So you can imagine this ball of light is getting as big as your tummy.

And then as you breathe and as you focus more on it,

It expands all the way through your chest.

It expands down through your bum and your legs,

All the way to your feet.

It even expands up through your throat,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your head.

And your face.

So this ball of light is now filling your whole body.

And this ball of light is so strong in fact,

That now it bursts out of your body through your skin and it fills all the space around you.

And it turns into your own special safe bubble.

So you can imagine yourself lying comfy and safe and warm and relaxed inside this special magical colour bubble.

And you've got this colour in front of you and behind you and on both sides of you at the top and the bottom.

And it's almost like this colour is giving you a lovely warm hug.

Like it was a snuggly blanket.

So you breathe there for a while and you enjoy this feeling,

Having this magical colour all around you.

That's just for you because no one else can see it.

And then when you feel ready,

We need to leave this special ball of light somewhere safe for the next time that we want to use it.

So you can put your hands onto your belly.

And you can focus and imagine once again this little ball of light going back to its home.

Getting smaller and smaller and smaller.

Until it's back where it was at the beginning.

And you know that it's there for whenever you need to use it again.
