Together we'll take a minute out, to help calm any nerves you're feeling right now. We'll intentionally be practicing the 'physiological sigh' - you might recognise it as what you naturally do towards the end of a big, messy crying session and it's your body's way of reducing your stress hormones and lowering your heart rate and blood pressure.
