Let's find your way into a very comfortable position.
Your mind,
Your eyes are filled with images at this point.
Of hopes for the future,
Of ideas.
And just come back to your breath.
Let the mind be where it is and come back to your breath.
Inhaling with your nose and exhaling.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Finding this rhythm in your body.
Maybe you can sense your ribs moving up and down as you breathe.
Maybe you can sense your belly breathing.
Rising up,
Going down.
Some of you maybe even feel your heart beat.
Invite your mind to move toward the sensation of your body touching your clothing.
Maybe you feel your sweater over your shoulder.
Your pants over your legs.
Some jewelry around your neck or your wrists or hands.
Maybe also you can sense the structure that supports you.
For some of you it's a chair you're sitting on and your glutes are pressing on it.
For some of you it's your back on the yoga mat.
Your feet on the ground.
On a pillow.
What is in what way your body is coming in contact with hers,
Pillows,
Blankets,
Chairs,
Floor.
That support of you by objects.
And then with your mind eye,
Imagine a nice little road,
A pathway.
In French we will say a petit chamois.
Imagine that path leading you into a place in nature that you really appreciate.
Maybe it's a path towards the beach,
Toward a garden you like to walk in and rest under the sun.
Maybe it's a small road leading you to the mountains and the snow.
A big path getting you towards the beach.
Really be curious where are you going on that path.
And maybe if you know that path already you know there is a place you can sit on or lay down by.
And if it's an imaginary place maybe you see a bench materializing itself.
And let yourself arrive and sit.
Maybe it's a tree house,
Who knows.
But from that place you can see the future.
That's a magic place where you can visualize what will be.
And I'm asking you now,
What do you see?
What are you doing?
Which city are you in?
Or which place in the world are you in?
Are you riding a bicycle?
Driving a car?
Are you walking?
Are you swimming?
Are you flying from a place to another?
And then what are you doing once you arrive?
Are you buying food?
Are you eating food?
Are you preparing food?
Are you practicing any sports?
Yoga?
Dance?
Tennis?
Are you walking?
What type of job do you have?
Don't be fooled by fear.
What type of job do you want to have in that place?
Are you guiding and coaching people in learning new things,
New skills?
Are you fighting for the rights of others?
Are you an artist?
Are you painting?
Are you writing books?
Are you writing?
Are you teaching?
What are you doing?
Are you making money or none at all?
Are you serving and volunteering?
Are you cashing in big checks?
And then ask yourself who is with you?
The people you know?
Are they new people showing up?
Are they people that are famous,
That you've never met yet,
But that you've read books from,
Or that you've seen or heard of?
Are you studying?
Are they your teacher?
So many of you have children.
Are your children nearby?
What are they doing?
Are they in school?
What does their school look like?
Are they on school by somebody else than you?
How do you feel?
Are you healthy?
How do you feel?
Are you happy?
Are you calm?
Can you walk a little farther there in your created world?
Are there more people joining you?
Are you able to see,
Meet with long lost friends and family?
What are you guys doing together?
And stay here for a few more moments,
Noticing what your mind is creating,
What your heart is letting out,
What your soul is expressing.
And in a moment,
We can't tilt free,
And you'll bring your attention back to your breath.
One,
You're walking back to the same path you came in.
Two,
You're feeling your body,
Your feet on the floor,
Your body on the mat,
On the chair.
Three,
You sense your breath moving in your belly,
In your chest.
Maybe you open your eyes and start moving your hands,
Your legs,
And you turn,
If you were laying down,
Back to sitting.
And you open your eyes,
If you were still sitting the whole time,
And you come back to looking around at your vision board and at all the papers.
And you keep going with this new mindset,
With this new heart open.
Keep going.
Rearrange,
Flip through a new book,
And find new things.
