Hello,

Welcome to this visualization.

Please for today,

Find a comfortable seat where you can sense your knees and feet on the ground your buttocks maybe on a little pillow and where your hands are free of holding your phone where your spine feels long and elegant and you have another sense of presence and ease and slowly bring your attention toward your feet noticing in what way they touch the floor or the pillow your knees and what way they rest and how maybe touched by your hand and your seat bones on your pillow there readjust so you really feel stable Notice also if the pants you're wearing or the clothing you're wearing are allowing you to breath fully in your belly maybe if you're wearing a bra,

Make sure it's not too tight so you can also breath fully in your ribs and take deep inhale and exhale there and really try to readjust so you feel comfortable for this little dream-like meditation taking deep breaths just to arrive here and now inhaling exhaling inhaling exhaling and with the last breath imagine yourself transported in a forest in a forest of trees that have leaves of all color and shape maybe it's a forest you've been in,

Maybe it's one you've witnessed on TV or read in a book be there seated peacefully in the midst of the trees allowing your legs to feel like roots grounding you to the floor connecting you to the many many trees around as you sense yourself becoming more and more grounded imagine the leaf moving around as you breath as if you were the breath the wind nothing stopping you the leaf's rustling peaceful peaceful moment in the forest sensing that connection with the earth itself below you and moving toward your legs,

Toward your pelvis and then belly and sensing here the movement of your breath with each inhale that expansion and each exhale that diminution now imagine your belly being a bloom getting ready there like on a branch to sprout with the spring holding all your secret,

All your capacity all the newness of the new beginning you could even invite your hand to join at the palm at the first pinky finger and at the thumb it's the lotus mudra,

You could hold this around your heart in front of your chest or a little lower in front of your tummy your pinky finger touch,

Your thumb touch the part of the wrist touch and the rest of the finger are open in a fan and then close every finger to its match index,

Middle and ring touching and with your future breath inhale and open expanse of three middle fingers out and back in opening the hand a little and closing it just like a little bird you know closed and then open closed and open inhaling exhaling stay with this for a few moments as I am silent what are you ready to let bloom in your own life?

What part of you is ready to shine in some way?

Note in your mind if there is any word or activity creative writing anything,

Any art pieces,

Any work anything that is ready to sprout witness it with this mindful view you could close each finger towards its match but keep a little space between the palm to let that creativity room to blossom allowing your mind to be free to roam around those ideas that you want to see travel,

Connection with people creative endeavor,

Achievement,

Whatever that is note in a place in your mind and then inhale and as you exhale let your hands bloom out,

Open up completely so only the pinky and thumb and wrist side are touching savoring that readiness to bloom,

That moment of blooming slowly curl your fingers,

Massage your hands with one another as if you were washing them with soap,

Kind of go in the front,

In the back,

In the middle imagine your flower kind of changing shape dissipating itself like a real flower will do and creating a new seed you know,

Creating a new seed placing your palms again together with a little space in between each finger touching with a little space around the palms acknowledging the fact that we grow from a seed to a bloom,

Nothing can stop us from blooming nothing can stop nature from blooming and then moving on dissipating and creating new seeds so know that even one achievement is near and up and in past another one will arrive have that trust in yourself that you are a creative being that one achievement will be followed by another and another and another after that we are creative beings like nature,

We are here to blossom during our lifetime take your hands now and take your palms toward your tummy and hold that,

Hold them toward your tummy allowing the seeds to be there in you,

Within you and breathe all the way down there,

Releasing any fear allow for a soft tummy there is no reason to fear your success,

Your creativity you are here to shine,

You are here to bloom trust in the process and infuse yourself in how you feel right now how this visualization of you in a forest,

Of you as a little bird of you as a blooming flower and keep breathing knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be like the seeds ready with rain and shine to expand and grow and meet their day of blooming and as you are there for the next moment,

Maybe sense deep within what is it you would like to do in your life that you could consider as a bloom what art,

What action what creation comes to your mind what do you want to see bloom and really pay attention to the answer and when you are ready,

Open your eyes and maybe write that word down on a piece of paper or on your journal and move on with your day thank you for coming be well
