How we start our day can have monumental effects on the rest of the day.
That is because of when we start out down the right foot.
We set the tone and we establish a more proactive mindset.
So let's begin.
Find yourself seated comfortably and close your eyes.
Let's start with 10 fast,
Deep in and out breaths.
In and out through the chest,
Let's go,
In.
And deep breath in.
.
.
And hold.
Deep breath out.
And hold.
And deep breath in… and hold.
Deep breath out.
And now find your natural rhythm.
Notice how it feels when you breathe.
The natural sensations of the breath.
How your chest expands and contracts.
Now your belly inflates and deflates.
Welcoming in some new energy.
Preparing.
For what is going to be a successful day.
Today.
Is all yours for the taking.
Notice the energy in your body.
Notice how you feel.
Let's take another deep breath in.
Slowly breathe out.
Think of something about yourself that you are grateful for.
What is it about you that you are grateful for?
Relax your jaw,
Relax your shoulders,
Make sure your whole body is relaxed.
And lastly,
Let's set an intention for today.
What would you like to see today?
What is your intention for the day?
Take a few moments and set this in tension.
And know that you have done the right thing this morning.
You are in control of your day.
And you got this.
