Having studied REBT for anxiety and depression disorders, I want to create a safe space and practice for every individual that I teach. My practice has personally made me feel less anxious and I hope to be a mentor and guide to those who suffer from emotional and physical disturbances. I am currently pursuing my Medical Diploma in Yogic Therapy to insure I conduct an extremely safe practice and that nobody is ever injured during their practice with me
