On your busy days, during stressful times, and as a way to unplug for a short time, use this meditation to practice settling into your stillness, however that looks and feels for you. Leaning into stillness.

Slow,

Slow your mind.

Slow,

Slow your breath.

Slow,

Slow your heart.

Slow,

Slow your rhythm.

Slow,

Slow,

Slow.

Slower,

Slower,

Slower.

Allow yourself to find center.

Allow yourself to find stillness.

In this stillness,

Find a peace.

At the center,

Find tranquility.

Soften your mind,

The inner workings of it all.

The thoughts,

The worries,

The fears,

The lists,

Release.

Soften your heart,

The soreness,

The pain,

The grief,

The guilt,

The shame,

The anger.

Release.

Soften your body,

All of the muscles and tendons and the space in between.

Soften the tension and the tightness in your neck and your jaw,

Shoulders,

Hips,

And knees.

Soften the soles of your feet and the palms of your hands.

Release.

Soften your soul,

The confusion,

The misdirect,

The fogginess,

And the dissonance.

Soften into your being and release.

Feel the stillness,

The space between the here and there.

Feel the peace abundant to you.

See the stillness.

Breathe the stillness.

Feel the stillness.

Be.

You are here and you may remain for as long as you need.
