This is a guided relaxation for your special time in the tub.

This is lighthearted and easy with the intention of helping lower you into your place of calm and rest and peace.

Ready your bath with the salts and scents and bubbles your body craves.

As you make your bath,

Pour your intention into the sacred waters you are creating for yourself.

Whatever it is you need during this time,

Bring it into the awareness of your conscious mind and aloud to your body to receive.

When you are ready,

Strip yourself bare,

Vulnerable,

And beautiful and step into your tub of bubbles.

Feel the first touch of the water intertwine between your toes.

Lower yourself gently into the water,

Feeling it rush between your legs and the warmth wrapping around your body.

Settle here like a pebble drifting to the bottom of a pond and breathe.

Smell the bubbles,

Feel the air touch those places within you requesting care.

Soften your gaze and breathe.

Lean into the water and allow her fluidity to envelop you.

Breathe as fluid as she.

Close your eyes,

Let go.

Just for this moment,

Just for this sacred time,

Just for you,

Breathe.

Wrap your arms around your body and embrace a form of infection and care for yourself,

For your body,

For this time.

Feel how good it feels to love yourself,

To hold yourself,

To give yourself affection that is so needed and so deserved.

Breathe for you,

For the earth,

For this moment.

Know that this time is for you.

Choose to honor this sacred space through nurturing your body,

Your mind,

Your heart,

And your soul.

Whatever you need in this time,

In this space,

Allow yourself to receive with open arms and the depth of your breath.

This is your bathtub meditation made for you and it's gentle time.
