I am here.

I am in the present moment.

I let go of all thoughts and allow my mind to drift into ease.

I feel my body relax with every breath I take.

I feel my body and my being filled with peace and calm.

I feel my muscles relax and tension release.

I breathe fully and openly.

My breath calms me.

My breath brings my mind and my body peace.

My muscles slowly let go and soften around me.

My mind is free from distractions.

I feel the increasing amount of relaxation wash over me.

The deeper I allow myself to drift,

The deeper into relaxation I go.

I feel calm.

I feel peace.

There is no where I'd rather be.

There is no where I need to be.

I am exactly where I need to be.

My hands relax and my fingers soften.

My feet and toes lay gently.

My jaw becomes soft and my mouth opens.

My eyelids are relaxed and my eyebrows sit gently on my forehead.

My shoulders sink deeper below me.

The air that fills my lungs stretch and soften the muscles around my chest and my stomach.

My hips feel relaxed and open to release tension.

My legs and all of their muscles become softer and softer.

My entire body feels relaxed.

My entire being feels calm.

My mind is at ease and I am in peace.
