In this 8-minute guided meditation, you'll begin by aligning your posture, which is conducive to breathing, focus, and comfort. Ahsa will then guide you in how to utilize your breath to help focus a busy mind, such as following the path of the breath, using the breath to turn inward, using the breath to refocus after a distraction, and how to stay present by focusing on each and every breath. The simple (yet not always easy!) practice of breath awareness can provide valuable insights into your mind and body.
