Hey let's meditate find a comfortable sitting position and move around here sitting in a way that is relaxing for you.

Close your eyes and feel connected to the earth through your feet.

So today's meditation is about smile.

So while you're here,

Soften your face and smile gently.

Let your lips feel full and smooth as they spread to the sides and lift just gently.

Lift the corner of your lips gently to your ears.

Shift your attention your awareness to your physical body and smile lovingly.

Smile to your entire physical body.

Each and every part of you is beautiful and cared for.

Bring a smile to your feet and brighten your feet with a loving smile.

Let your smile walk up all the way to your knees brightening your knees with your beautiful loving smile and then you come up and smile to your thighs.

Bring your smile to your thighs both your inner and your outer smile.

Walk your smile from your thighs up to your buttocks and then to your waist loving your waist smiling to your beautiful waist then to your abdomen bring a smile to your abdomen your beautiful bright loving smile and then up to your chest smile to your chest and you slowly bring your bright smile to your entire back.

Your back is beautiful and cared for.

Walk your smile from your back up to your neck bring a smile to your chin and then bring a smile to your entire face bring a smile all the way up to the top of your head and out to the universe and you're sharing your beautiful smile to the universe.

Let your beautiful bright smile radiate your surroundings as a gift from you to your surroundings and then bring your awareness back to your physical body smiling lovingly to your entire physical body.

Every part of you is beautiful and cared for.

Take a slow breath in and a slow breath out.

Smile gently.

Two more breaths inhale and exhale.

One more breath in and a breath out.

Together we reach both hands up.

Hands to your heart center.
