Welcome to Affirmations by A.

With everything that is going on in the world right now,

I felt like the best thing to do would be to gear the affirmations for today towards health.

So let's begin with just getting centered.

Inhale fully.

Exhale fully.

Inhale fully.

Exhale fully.

Inhale fully.

Exhale fully.

I won't be leaving space in between,

But just let the words shower over you and take them in as if they are your own.

Making my health a priority is an act of self-love.

I love the way eating healthy food makes me feel.

I respect my body.

My health is my responsibility.

Healthy living is a natural part of my life.

My body is my temple.

I am committed to living a healthy lifestyle.

I am worthy of great health.

With every breath that I breathe,

I infuse myself with new life.

My well-being is my top priority.

I am in alignment with optimum health.

I am mindful of what I use to fuel my body.

At night,

I allow my body to fully rest and recharge.

I treat my body and soul like my best friends.

Perfect health is my divine right.

I intend to wholeheartedly honor that right.

I radiate positive energy.

I am grateful for this human experience.
