Compassion is an essential part of our growth. Even though we may deal with problems in different ways, we all come from the same source energy. When you are connected to the divine light within yourself, it is easier to show compassion to yourself and to others. I invite you to listen to this episode and write down the affirmations that speak to you and recite them 10 times. Affirmations work best when they are repeated and reinforced with positive actions. Are a divine spark of light.

You deserve love and happiness and all the great things that life has to offer.

So if we take the time to honor the light and love within ourselves and the light and love within each other,

We'll continue to make the world a better place to live in.

Let's begin by becoming aware of breath.

Inhale fully.

I am here to experience the wonder of my own being.

I generously give and I graciously receive.

I am ready and willing to practice being more compassionate.

I exercise compassion as often as possible.
