I'm Alyssa and I just wanted to remind you guys that when you say positive affirmations,
They can really affect the way that you think about yourself because what you're doing is retraining your brain.
You're reprogramming yourself to think higher thoughts.
The best way to make positive affirmations work is to repeat them at least three to five times a day.
So if I say any positive affirmations today or on any previous episode that resonates with you,
Feel free to write those affirmations down and repeat them throughout your day.
We'll begin with one cleansing breath.
Inhale fully,
Exhale fully.
My life is not defined by days.
My life is a collection of moments.
I choose to be deliberate in how I spend my time.
I strive to make my life meaningful.
I use my time and my energy wisely.
I am aware that you get out of life when you put into it.
I am putting faith in myself to manifest the life that I desire.
I honor my non-negotiables by saying no to whatever does not serve me.
I am impeccable with my word.
I know what living a successful life looks like in my vision.
My actions are aligned with my ultimate vision.
My life is mine.
I choose the steps that I take on the journey to my inner greatness.
I have all that I need within me.
I honor my life by staying true to myself and working hard for the life that I desire.
I choose to relinquish limiting beliefs.
I will no longer hold on to thoughts that do not serve me.
Fear has no power here.
I am power.
I am tapped in and tuned in to the frequency of my highest self.
When I see myself,
I see an abundant being.
There is no substitute for hard work and I am willing to work hard for what I want.
I give myself the time and energy I need to thrive.
I am clear on my intentions for my day.
With every breath I breathe in more clarity.
With every exhale I release limiting thoughts.
