So start to breathe in into the lower belly,

And then breathing out all that no longer serves the truth of who you are.
Just invite in everything that you'd like to let go of,
From your soul to your cells.
On your next breath in,
Bring your awareness to the dantian about an inch and a half below your navel.
A sphere of light that holds you in the perfection of form that you are.
Breathe in that divine intelligence that you are a perfected emanation of the creator.
You are a perfected representation of the all that is.
And on your next breath in,
Let that awareness sink into each of the cells within your body.
And now envisioning a golden line of light that drops down from the very center of your dantian,
Down through the root and opens and invites in connection with mother earth.
And simultaneously down each leg,
Out through the soles of the feet that open and expand.
And all three lines of light converging at the earth star chakra and sink.
Sinking effortlessly,
Layer by layer,
Into the safety,
The support and the abundant love of mother earth.
Mother of all mothers who welcomes you home.
Feel your body soften,
Your auric field open,
Your energy centers start to spin with this renewed connection to mother earth.
Feel that clockwise spin on all energy centers,
Vortices in the front of your body and clockwise spinning of all centers on your back side.
Bring your consciousness to rest now in this beautiful chamber at the center of mother earth.

Large green foliage,
Fragrant blooms of all colors.
Begin to delight your senses.
This beautiful group of individuals here in this moment and all those to come is invited to be seated around a beautiful pool of liquid light.
Gentle ripples emanate from the center of this pool and as they come towards you,
You are filled with such a deep sense of tranquility,
Peace,
Profound,
Surrounded by the beautiful living plants,
Living,
Breathing.
The flowers the flowers sing to you,
Tones that awaken such remembrance of delight,
Of ease and joyful connection.
The sacred waters before you beckon you to step inside.
Velvety warm waters,
Water the source of all life.
As you continue to immerse your body,
Perhaps even dip yourself fully under water,
You begin to feel such a sense of lightness as if you are being blessed,
Bathed,
Baptized,
Consecrated all simultaneously from the very center of the pool where the ripples are emanating from.
A beautiful quartz crystal rises from the water.
It is immense and it beckons you inside.
White light begins to descend from the higher realms through this quartz crystal and bathe bathe the entirety of your being with the light of divine consciousness.
Feel these ripples begin to emanate from each of the cells within your being as you are invited to release pathways,

Patterns,
Thoughts,

You may feel rays of light moving through your field or body,

You are called to create the space for something completely new to be actualized in your life,
