The Dantian is that single note that holds you in physical form and that connects you deeply into the earth.

Envision a golden line of light dropping down from the very center of your Dantian,
Sinking down through the root chakra.

Out through the sole of each foot,
The foot chakra expanding,
All three lines of light converging at the earth star chakra and sink.
Golden line of light now moving effortlessly down each layer of the earth and connecting in with the core crystal at the very center of Mother Gaia.
And visioning an amber light filled with the regenerative life force from Mother Earth coming back up through each layer level,
Back up through each foot and the root,
Enlivening each layer of the field,
Each one of the trillions of cells within your body with this renewed life force.
Revitalizing each cell,
Lifting any density or draws and transmuting that through the power of your breath.
Breathing in light,
Light that is pouring down from the heavens,
