And I'd like you to breathe into the dantian point,
Which is about an inch and a half below your navel.
And it's the single note that holds you into physical form.
That unique light specific to you.
And breathing into your lower belly,
Just inviting all of the stress and tension of the day,
The week,
The month,
The times to just dissipate.
And I'd like you to envision a golden line of light dropping down from the dantian from the very center down through your root chakra while simultaneously moving down each leg of the soles of the feet.
And then all three lines of light uniting at the earth cross chakra.
And then sink.
Golden line of light moving effortlessly down through each layer of the earth.
And then anchoring at the center of the earth to the core crystal where the golden light merges with amber light,
Which moves directly back up through the layers of the earth,
Out through the earth cross chakra and then back to the dantian up through each leg through the root.
Amber light swirling as it lifts the frequency in your field and revitalizes every cell in the body.
Amber light moving up through the belly,
Through the chest,
Up through the palms of the hands,
Through the neck,
Through the head and out through the crown,
Up through the antakarana,
Through the higher realms,
To the throne of divine consciousness where a platinum ray of light begins to beam down and then splits into thousands of rays of platinum light that are filled with golden sacred geometric formations.
Light bathes down upon you.
Breathe as you feel the expansion through your field.
And the platinum light begins to permeate each cell,

Particle,
Subatomic structure,
Down through the DNA into the mother and father bloodlines.
