Hello,

My name is Addie.

Thank you for joining me for this meditation and sound bath entitled Creative,

Vibrant,

And Abundant.

For this practice,

You may be seated or reclined.

It's your choice.

If you need a pillow or a blanket or a cushion to find more comfort,

Please press pause,

Go get what you need,

And return.

As I mentioned,

We begin seated or reclined.

Find any gentle movement you need on your way to stillness.

Find a comfortable shape.

Close the eyes,

Bringing the attention inward.

Simply acknowledge your present state physically,

Emotionally,

Mentally.

Really feel your body.

Connect with your emotions.

Be present with your mental state.

Check in with the body.

Does it feel relaxed or do you notice tension?

Don't rush to change anything.

Stay open.

Hold space for things as they are.

Even if there is an unpleasant feeling,

Emotion,

Or physical sensation,

See if you can just observe it without rejecting it or pushing it away.

Stay present and mindful,

Taking a few deep breaths.

Inhales and exhales through the nose.

Inhale clarity and compassion.

Exhale any tension from the body.

Inhale feelings of self-care and love.

Exhale,

Releasing any negative emotions or blockages.

Inhale,

Feeling vital and creative.

Exhale,

Feeling relaxed and as the mind and body begin to connect with your vibrant,

Feminine energy.

Feel your creative and intuitive power.

Feel an aura of power and strength,

Tempered by the qualities of love,

Care,

And compassion.

Feel how essential these qualities are in allowing the other qualities to blossom.

Allow yourself to be open and vulnerable.

You have the power to transform,

To create,

To dance,

To enjoy your own nature.

Immerse yourself and amplify these qualities.

Express through.

Give yourself permission to own this power.

Feel this energy completely awake.

Vibrate the tips of the toes,

Bringing balance and alignment,

Feeling whole.

From this place of wholeness and abundance,

Listen to these words as if they were coming yourself.

Vibrant and abundant.

You have the capacity to care and hold space.

I am loving and compassionate.

Let these words reverberate as you allow the sounds of these singing bulbs to wash over you and wash through you.

Calm in the body,

Calm in the mind,

Restoring your energy.

So bring your awareness back to the breath.

Notice how it flows in and out of the nose,

Keeping the eyes closed.

Expand your awareness to include your whole body.

Notice its weight.

Notice its shape.

Feel the container of your skin.

Feel the clothes that are touching it.

Eyes are still closed.

Bring your awareness to the room that you're in.

Begin to imagine it.

See the floor,

See the ceiling and the walls.

Visualize all of the objects in the room and then see yourself in the room.

Bringing life back to the body,

Begin to wiggle the fingers and toes.

Roll the wrists,

Roll the ankles.

With an inhale,

Allow the arms to stretch overhead,

Finding a good morning stretch from fingertips to the soles of the feet,

And then exhale,

Sinking back down as if it's not quite time to get up yet.

If you're seated,

Continue to breathe.

If you're reclined,

On an exhale,

Roll to your right side and use your bicep as a pillow,

Taking a few more breaths in this position.

Eventually,

Push in with the hands and bring yourself to an upright seated pose.

Allow the eyes to blink open gently.
