We uncover some of the many layers of listening, inspired by Rob Foxcroft's new book, "Feeling Heard, Hearing Others." Rob Foxcroft has been a classical musician all his life and has been teaching piano-playing for many years. He learned focusing-and-listening from Gene Gendlin and later studied the person-centered approach with Brian Thorne. Interviewer: Serge Prengel has been exploring creative ways to live with an embodied sense of meaning and purpose.

Often I will listen to talks while doing work around they yard, but listening to Rob I had to stop what I was doing and give him my full attention because it was so powerful.
