acheytown is a love letter to all hypermobile hunnies who feel left out of mainstream fitness. Whether it's because we are compensating with injuries, managing flares, co-morbidities or chronic pain and fatigue, our founder Savannah personally found leaving mainstream classes feeling... a bit left behind, regretful when she had pushed herself too much to keep up, but mainly like she was settling. She had been leaning on Pilates for years to manage chronic pain and symptoms, but could never quite make 50-60 minute classes work for her without some kind of flare. So, after becoming comprehensive matwork certified in Pilates with APPI, she set up acheytown to build the thing she so deeply needed: hEDS-informed Pilates classes which are target specific pain points to build stability... but in less than 10 minutes! Choose from flare day classes, right up to level 3 for higher load and progressions!
