Welcome everyone.

I hope that you are doing super well.

Today's practice is on intentional acts of self love.

So I invite you to find a shape in your body that supports you with finding your way back home.

Know that rest is deeply personal.

So please find any shape that feels supportive and nourishing in your body today.

That might be sitting in a chair or a cushion.

It might be resting on a yoga mat.

On your couch or on your bed.

Know that your choices are celebrated in this space.

Can you celebrate yourself for carving out this beautiful,

Precious time for you?

You are the only one who gets your attention in this moment.

Know that showing up is the hardest part.

And you have done that.

So give yourself the space and this time of gratitude and self compassion for prioritizing your needs today.

Take time to pour out compassion and turn it inward.

Taking some radiance you pour out for others and turn it inwards to shine on neglected parts of your soul.

I invite you to take an inhale in to fill up and open mouth exhale your pace,

Your way.

And on each exhale allow your body to fall into gentleness of the space that is holding you here.

On your next inhale I invite you to take in your own compassion and exhale to honor all parts of you.

Connect and explore your breath in a way that feels supportive and expansive.

Breathing little deeper acknowledging that every intentional choice that you make matters.

And in this moment you might bring your palms together rubbing them gently creating a little bit warmth and heat between your palms if that's available to you.

And I invite you to rest your palms over the space of your heart.

Continue to explore your breath in your own way and your own pace.

And I invite you to set an intention or connect to mantra here.

Gently ground into your space.

Know that your breath,

Your safety and comfort are the most important component of your practice.

Know that hardest part is over.

You have arrived.

Can you trust the strength of your body?

Can you remind yourself that you are worthy of this time?

And if it feels comfortable maybe start to explore what does it look like to love ourselves?

What does it feel like to love ourselves?

And if you like you might start to gather the qualities of self-compassion and hold them at the space of your heart.

Notice the quality of sparkling and shimmering and radiating in their fullness.

Imagine just holding the compassion just like that beautiful glowing ball of light.

And if it feels safe and accessible for you let your heart just soak up those qualities.

What are the sacred parts of you communicating about what you need more of or less of today?

Can you honor that voice?

I invite you to take in the beauty of your intentions and open mouth exhale and feel reminders that you deserve to hear often.

You deserve people in your life that honor and celebrate your choices.

You deserve to take up space.

You deserve your own excitement.

You deserve your own care.

Your own energy.

Your own intentions.

Your own attention.

You deserve to honor your progress.

You deserve to feel full and resourced.

You deserve to rest without guilt.

You deserve to release the urgency of others.

You deserve to schedule that appointment that you have been putting off.

You deserve to tend to your mental health.

You deserve to go at your pace.

You deserve to honor your capacity.

You deserve an abundance of grace.

You deserve to be gentle with yourself.

You deserve to be sane.

You deserve to not have to explain your healing to anyone.

You deserve to know that you are doing an amazing job You deserve to be the best medest of all.

So in this moment I invite you to take all that in.

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Maybe relax your shoulders your spine Maybe take a shift or change in your body to increase the comfort through a few gentle postures together and if stillness feels better in your body know that you are absolutely welcome to stay there.

Honor your body this is your practice and all is your choice and if you like on your inhale breath I invite you to gently draw your chin up in a circular motion and exhale to circle the chin down towards your body and be really kind and compassionate with your movements here if full neck circles feels like too much you might explore with the half circle gently drawing your chin down and bringing that motion over to the left and down and over to the right you might even invite your palms to the back of your shoulders inviting a gentle self massage there is absolutely no rush you are enough just as you are and if you like you might even bring your palms to the back of your head extending that self massage back moving it gently to your temples and if it feels supportive you might even bring your energy and care to your shoulders perhaps down your forearms just continue self massage to any parts of your body that are asking for your care I invite you to extend your arms high to the sky if that feels comfortable extending your energy through your fingertips perhaps drawing your shoulders up and back and holding your intentions here for a moment holding that beautiful sparkling shimmering energy of self compassion and bringing it to your heart bringing the palms to your heart finding a gentle heart opening flow on your next inhale circling the arms up and around maybe bringing the palms together over your head and exhale straight through your heart taking in all that energy and intention around you I invite you to rest your palm on your heart and as thinking about this concept of intentional intentional acts of self love what does that mean to you?

How can you take in your own care?

Maybe it's reminding yourself that self care doesn't have to be something that you do at the end of your day when you have already reached that point of exhaustion and overwhelm maybe it's responding and weaving those moments of rest and care throughout your day seeing each of them as an intentional act of self love scheduling that appointment taking that nap having that delicious meal feeling the sun on your face feeling the grass underneath your feet shutting down all of your devices tuning out the outside world and tuning into you reminding yourself that in order to pour out we have to fill up so I invite you to take an inhale in and exhale out spending these next few moments here in the quiet and when you feel ready there is absolutely no rush take all the time you need bringing yourself back into your body in a way that feels nourishing and available in this moment look at where you are listen to your body and what you need in this moment and if you like bring your palms together at the center of your heart maybe live our lives compassionately hands at your mouth maybe speak words of truth and kindness hands at your third eye center the light in me always honor the light in you Namaste
