Welcome,
Friend.
This is a short guided practice to help with energy boundaries and protection.
This is a practice that I like to do every morning or anytime I'm about to go into a difficult situation.
You can do this sitting,
Lying,
Or standing up,
So find a position that feels best for you.
I always like to imagine the movie Wizard of Oz and Glinda the Good Witch.
She always comes down in this beautiful sparkling pink soap bubble looking thing.
That's always the example that I like to use with my clients when we are building our shield of energetic protection.
So this practice is really about reinforcing your force field as a way to filter out anything that doesn't serve your highest good.
So I'll invite you to close your eyes here and we'll take a few nice deep breaths together in through the nose and out through the mouth.
I'll invite you to call to mind.
Feeling an intention for your day or whatever you are preparing for.
Really setting that And next comes the fun part.
You will build your bubble.
So imagine this beautiful light coming down through the crown of the head and creating this bubble all the way around you.
This bubble is vibrant and alive.
It can be any color that you wish.
Watching this beautiful energy bubble surrounding you,
Protecting you.
See how this energy moves and shines and sparkles.
And remember that this energy bubble is not a shield or a wall per se.
You can still see through it and you can still interact with the world.
This is just a loving filter that is here to serve your highest and best today.
So once you have built this bubble around you,
I invite you to play with this energy a little bit.
Remember that you are in control of this energy.
That this bubble is here to serve you.
So I invite you to expand your bubble,
Imagining it getting bigger and bigger,
Taking up more space around you.
Generally we expand our bubble when we are feeling safe and expansive and spacious and calm.
Our energy can take up more of the room.
So see what that feels like now to push your bubble a little ways out to the tips of your fingertips with your arms outstretched.
Now I'll invite you to pull your bubble back in closer and tighter towards your body.
This is generally what you want to do when you are feeling threatened or you need a little extra protection.
Pull that energy bubble close in towards you,
Almost like being wrapped in a cozy blanket.
And notice how this feels different than when your bubble was big and expansive.
Now you take a nice deep breath in.
As you exhale,
You can relax this energy bubble back towards kind of the middle point here.
Really feeling the warmth,
The calm of this energy bubble of your force field that you have created.
Knowing that this energy is here to serve you and protect you no matter what is ahead.
So take another moment here just to breathe with this energy bubble and reinforce that positive intention for your day or whatever interaction you are about to go into.
And whenever you feel ready,
You can open your eyes and come back into the space around you.
