Repeat this a few times until you find yourself in a state of calm.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your body.
Starting from the top of your head,
Gently scan down,
Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.
Send your breath to those areas,
Allowing them to relax and soften.
Continue this scan down to your toes,
Bringing a sense of presence to each part of your body.
As we settle into this moment,
Let's ground ourselves in gratitude.
Think about the physical support beneath you,
The chair or the cushion supporting your weight.
Take a moment to appreciate the stability and comfort it provides.
Shift your attention to your breath,
The simple rhythmic flow of life within you.
With each inhale,
Acknowledge the gift of breath entering your body.
With each exhale,
Express gratitude for the release and renewal it brings.
Now,
Let's explore gratitude for the senses.
Reflect on the beauty of sight,
The gift of sound,
The textures you can feel,
The flavors you can taste,
And the fragrances that surround you.
Allow gratitude to arise for the richness of these sensory experiences.
Embrace the present moment fully.
Be thankful for the opportunity to exist in this space and time.
Recognize that in this very moment,
You have all that you need.
