Hello,
My name is Aansha.
This is an angel healing meditation.
You might like to lie down for this meditation so that you can fall asleep and have a lovely healing sleep afterwards.
So feel yourself supported as you lie there on your bed with your eyes closed and just for a little while focus on your breathing and notice whether you're breathing in the top of your chest,
Or whether the air is filling deep down into your belly.
There's no right or wrong here.
Just notice the air entering and leaving your lungs.
Allow any sounds around you just to be there and let them help you become more relaxed.
All the sounds in your background are just a part of this safe healing environment that you find yourself in right now.
And as you breathe,
Imagine that you are lying on a comfy beachside bed and you can hear the waves of the sea gently lapping against the sandy shore not far from your feet.
Maybe you can imagine or sense that you can smell the fresh sea air.
Maybe pick up a scent of the ozone,
That lovely healing energy.
The sun is the perfect strength.
It's not too hot,
It's not too cold and it's shining warmly on your body.
You may notice sea birds flying high in the sky,
Lazily above you,
Catching the eddies of the breeze.
The breeze which is just warm enough,
Just light enough that you can feel it on your skin.
This is such a peaceful place that you can take a couple of lovely deep breaths and relax onto the bed and let your body sink into the soft comfy cushions.
Relaxing,
Letting go of any stress,
Any tension in any of your muscles,
Noticing if you're holding any tension anywhere in your body.
And with each out breath,
Just let it go a little bit more.
Taking in another deep breath and just letting it all go out to sea with the waves of the sea out to sea,
With the waves gently taking away any energy that you release.
It's so peaceful here and as you lie soaking up the sun,
You can feel the golden light radiating down gently from the sun onto all of your body,
From the top of your head,
Across your face and your neck and chest.
These golden rays gently bathing you with its healing golden white light that shines down covering all of your torso,
Your arms and your hands and the tops of your legs and your knees all the way down the lower parts of your legs to your feet.
And as you breathe,
This healing regenerative golden sunlight seeps into your body like liquid sunshine,
Trickling into every cell from the top of your body all the way down to the earth,
Through the back of your body,
Filling every cell in every part of your body with its golden white healing light.
And as you breathe the ozone-filled air,
It fills your lungs and helps to regenerate you with every breath that you take in as this clean oxygen is filtered through your lungs and filtered into your blood,
Which carries the oxygen all the way to your cells giving them just what they need.
And the sunlight goes all the way through your body gently like golden yellow waves of light,
Grounding you into the earth with roots of light energy,
So that you are aware of the sand beneath the bed and the planet beneath the sand,
And there's a sense that the earth which provides you with everything that your body needs to survive and thrive is supporting you.
And as you lie there,
Supported by the earth,
Bathed in the light of the sun on this beautiful beach,
You may feel or sense or imagine your guardian or healing angel walking up to you along the sand and the angel stands behind you behind your head and there's a sense that as they put their arms above you,
Their arms are like large feathery wings of light which stretch all the way down and encompass you with shining white healing energy,
Stretching all the way down to your feet like an umbrella of feathery angelic energy.
And you feel enveloped by this loving healing presence that is able to sense within you,
Your body,
Mind,
Emotions or soul where you may be holding disease,
Distress,
Discomfort,
And the angel directs the healing energy into those areas that have been causing you stress.
And this energy alleviates the symptoms and clears the cause on any or all levels that is required to bring you back to full health.
And all you have to do is lie there and relax,
Hearing the sound of the gentle waves,
Gently lapping against the sandy shore,
Breathing in the ozone filled air,
Feeling the warmth of the sun,
The support of the earth,
The softness of the bed,
And the healing energy of the angel.
You may wish to acknowledge your request for full healing on all levels and this gives the angel full permission to give you this total healing.
And you may wish to consciously set the intention to open up to receive healing on any and all levels that you require so that all of the symptoms are released and that the cause of the disease or distress or discomfort is completely healed and removed.
And in its place,
Healthy,
Whole energy is able to replace that disease,
Distress,
Or discomfort.
So relax,
Open to the energy,
Tell your body,
Mind,
Emotions,
And soul that you can release whatever needs to be released now in this safe,
Nurturing environment so that you can come back to full health.
And just let it go,
Let it sink into the earth as the waves of light flow through you.
Just let it seep out of you from whatever level it's held,
From whatever level it's held,
Just let it go.
And let the white light fill those spaces,
Regenerating,
Recharging,
Bringing you back to wholeness,
Aligned with the blueprint of your soul,
Divine perfection,
And the ideal state for you right here,
Right now.
I'm going to leave you bathing in the light of the angel with the sea,
The ozone,
The quiet call of the birds,
Passively receiving the light and the healing energy that you need,
And passively allowing all of the disease,
Distress,
And discomfort to seep away into the earth.
Waves of energy from the sunlight rippling through you,
Relaxing,
Revitalizing,
White angelic energy seeping into every cell,
Relaxing,
Healing,
Nurturing,
Protecting,
Wherever you need the energy,
The energy flows to you.
I'll leave you with the angel now and I'll call you back when it's time to return.
So so so so so so so so so so and you feel the angel placing their hands on your heart and you feel gentle angelic energy flowing into your heart space,
Bringing a deep sense of love and nurturing that fills your whole body,
Allowing you to relax and open to give and receive more love in your relationships with yourself and with others,
Feeling love at a very deep level,
And the angel now steps gently away from you and yet you feel the energy,
The healing energy,
Still surrounding you and filling you as you watch the angel walk away.
The sunlight is still shining gently down upon you and you can still hear the birds quietly calling in the sky,
The sound of the waves washing against the shore and the breeze on your face.
It's time to return now.
If you wish to stay in this relaxed state and fall asleep,
Just allow yourself to float gently on the angelic energy that you've been bathed in.
If it's time to return for you now,
Then just take in a few deep breaths and really feel yourself back in your body,
Lying on the bed or sitting in the chair.
Maybe wiggle your fingers and your toes just to reorient yourself back in the here and now,
And perhaps take a nice big deep stretch and really feel yourself back in your body with lovely relaxed but refreshed muscles.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
