My name is Kali and I will guide you through today's practice to drop in and find connections with the body.

If you are in your space,

There's any place,

Spot you want to shuffle or have a wiggle,

Please do that to come to a space of comfort,

A space of stillness.

So allow movement as what is required on this morning.

If you want to prop yourself with a cushion,

Pick the time you need to come to what feels that the bones need,

The muscles need for releasing and surrendering to my voice.

We begin to soften our gaze,

Maybe we look down or close our eyes,

Just be with what it feels like to stay with the internal environment without any simulations or visual images,

Sounds that can still come and letting them pass by so that there is an intention to drop into the self.

As we do so,

I invite you to breathe into this inner landscape,

Soft breath in,

Soft breath out,

Drawing the energy from the heart,

Let it expand and get big and release and relax.

Breathe in through the heart,

Breathe out,

Let it come down and down to the belly,

Even down to the root,

The perineum.

Inhale the heart expands,

Chest floats up to the sky,

Exhale,

Let it drop down and down and down.

Breathe in,

Lighten up the load of the chest,

Breathe out,

Let it make its way down and down and breathe in and breathe in and continue this cycle with your pace that feels good to how your breath and body feels at this time of the day.

Softening the bridge between the body and the breath,

Mind,

Let there be a scan from crown of the head down towards the sides of the head,

The back,

The front,

Glide down the ears.

I invite you to scan neck and shoulders,

Arm,

Elbow creases,

Side body,

Knee,

Heel,

Toes,

Calves,

Thighs,

Glute,

Back body,

Middle back,

Upper back,

Neckline,

Collarbone,

Jaw,

Temple,

Forehead,

Nose,

Upper lip,

Gap between the lips,

Chin,

Throat,

Heart,

Chest,

Ribs,

Belly,

Abdomen,

Pelvis,

Root,

Genitals,

Connection to the ground,

Anchor.

In the scan,

I invite you to connect to a part of the body that would like or is in need of some attention,

Whether it's pain,

Care,

Tenderness,

Healing,

What does it ask of in this moment,

Connect to that part and your breath to that part of the body.

It might not visibly expand but allow the visualization to expand it and relax it,

Expanding even more,

Hold the breath and let that expansion be held,

Holding that part of the body,

Giving it attention and presence and exhaling to let it relax and find softness.

We repeat,

Imagine the breath carries prana,

Life force energy to transfer a source of healing to this part of the body.

Maybe that source of healing has a phrase,

A phrase,

A sentence or has a certain color or edge.

How can we bring the prana,

This life force energy to more sensory quality so this connection becomes more attuned to us,

More tangible to this reality.

Does it have any texture?

Does it flow at a certain pace?

Does it bring a certain feeling as it flows and nourishes that part of the body?

See waves of healing into this one part of the body,

Devoting the attention uninhibitedly to this part of you.

Devote your attention to your breath,

Devote your breath to transfer prana,

Devote the prana as an activation for healing from this place of healing of where the whole body has been.

Allow this part of the body that has been resolved nourished to overflow to the rest of the body.

Whether it is at the root,

The back,

Front or side body,

Let it radiate and spread it out in all the directions possible to replenish the body.

The breath gets longer but stays softer.

Going in all these directions,

Upwards,

Downwards,

Sideways,

Diagonal,

Can it flow?

Can we give the breath permission to flow more,

To hug the whole of this body,

To enmesh the skin with life force energy so that each and every inch of the skin feels alive,

Each and every cell on the skin organ feels rejuvenated.

What quality of healing can you infuse in your body?

Only the quality of your breath can determine that.

Spread the wings of your breath.

I invite you to place your hand on that part of the body that asks for healing and begin to sense a slow sway,

A slow rock.

Eyes can remain closed if they are,

Just to land into delicacy of the body,

Fragility but resilience of the bones.

And let it move through,

No specific way of how it should,

How it has to move,

But allow,

Allow,

Accept.

There comes the invitation of asking the heart what is it ready to accept,

What is in its capacity to accept,

For there is clarity in knowing the heart's desire,

Tuning to the heart's desire.

Is the heart ready to accept that the chambers of the heart on the front body feel like an open door?

To allow and allow the back body,

Chambers of the heart that open,

To let go of what does not serve anymore.

So what stays is what matters,

Is what we choose.

Deep breath in through the heart,

The chambers open and allow,

Soft breath out,

Let it take away what is not needed,

Is not necessary.

Breathing in to the front,

Breathing out through the back door of the heart,

Breathing in,

Widen the collarbone,

Widen the collarbone,

Allowing more,

Accepting more,

Breathing out,

Letting go,

Releasing,

Returning back home,

Breathing in to open into permission to the self,

Breathing out to anchoring into what is left within.

Continue your own practice,

Maybe you have a mantra that you want to tune to your heart,

Let there be space for that.

Maintain the pace of the breath,

Allow the front and back doors of the heart to close simultaneously,

So that what is left,

Locked in the treasures of the heart are of pure essence of who you are.

Maybe an image comes to mind,

A memory or a word,

Hold on to it,

See it with your inner eye,

With your insight,

It is here for a reason.

Breathe deep through the heart,

Breathe out through the mouth,

Into the heart and out,

Let it go,

Let it go,

In deep and stand or seated,

Tall,

Out,

With the eyes still closed,

We rub the palms together,

Create some heat,

Rub them together faster,

Quicker,

Let the palms meet and cover the eyes,

With the palms eyes stay closed,

Feel the transfer of energy from optic nerve to center of palms,

Center of palms to the back of the head,

Eyes gently open into the darkness,

Revel into the darkness and slowly move the hands away from the face,

Eyes stay connected to the center of the palms,

Hands move down towards the lap,

Continue to look at the hands,

Gently bring the hands to fall towards the heart space,

Bow the chin to the chest,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

I thank you for being here to honor your mind,

Body,

Soul into this journey of healing through the heart with acceptance,

Thank you.
