"Instead of despairing over your hard edges and misshaped formations, let yourself be a vast, beautiful mountain with lots of shapes, colors, curves, peaks, and valleys" Are you tired of chasing an idealized version of yourself? This short talk invites you to embrace your authentic self, quirks and all, as the key to unlocking a truly fulfilling life. We will reflect on the possibilities that would emerge in your life if you explored your curiosities, pursued your passions, and became intimate with your true nature. Additionally, we'll consider that these quirks—the parts of ourselves we've been told to conceal from the world—might actually be integral to our true selves. In fact, the most liberating discovery we can make is that our "quirks" are often our greatest assets.

Hey there friend,

My name is Anthony and thank you so much for hitting play on this audio track.

I want to share with you a quick message to start your day or maybe to end your day with that you can just close your eyes and relax into and maybe give you something to think about or inspire a slight shift in perspective to help you tap into some inner wisdom,

Especially if you're feeling stuck or dealing with a difficult situation in your life right now.

So I hope this message can give you some peace.

In a world that often tells us who we should be,

What we should want,

And how we should live,

There is a quiet yet powerful truth that often goes unheard.

And that is the most fulfilling life is one where you embrace your true self,

The one you are always being called to express,

Your true nature.

But this notion of the true self isn't about changing who you are,

Chasing some big success,

Finding the perfect relationship,

Or creating the ideal version of yourself that you think the world will love.

It's about remembering the truth of who you really are,

What truly excites you,

And letting that authentic self guide your life.

When we do this,

Everything flows from there.

Imagine waking up each day,

Not with a list of things you need to achieve to feel enough,

But with a sense of curiosity about where your true self might lead you.

What if,

Instead of striving to meet external expectations,

You simply followed your natural intentions and let your unique quirks and passions light the way?

Take a moment to consider this.

When I follow my natural intentions,

When I follow my natural intentions,

I will get the most joy out of life.

Success,

Abundance,

Love,

And contribution merely become byproducts.

Affirm that with me.

When I follow my natural intentions,

I will get the most joy out of life.

Success,

Abundance,

Love,

And contribution merely become byproducts.

So what would happen if you explored your curiosities,

Pursued your passions,

Became intimate with that true nature,

And just loved and supported yourself while loving and supporting others?

Everything else is a mere illusion and doesn't matter.

So what curiosities have you been ignoring?

What passions have you left unexplored?

What would it be like to live fully in alignment with that true nature?

These are questions we don't ask ourselves enough.

Life happens,

We become busy,

And we repeat the cycle of doing,

Of busyness.

But also,

Our true nature is beyond concept and labels.

It's an inner knowing.

But really,

Sometimes our true nature reveals itself in ways we don't even recognize.

And one of those ways is our so-called quirks.

Yes,

You know them.

Those parts of ourselves we were led to believe are strange and weird.

Those things we were told to conceal from the world.

But the best thing you can learn about yourself is that your so-called quirks are some of your best features,

Some of your best qualities.

Your quirks give you your unique flavor and are a full expression of the life within you.

And when you learn to embrace them with love,

They downright become your superpower.

So instead of despairing over your hard edges and misshaped formations,

Let yourself be a vast,

Beautiful mountain with lots of shapes,

Colors,

Curves,

And peaks and valleys.

Curves and peaks and valleys.

You see,

The person we think we are or that we should be,

And any struggle we face to accept ourselves and express our true nature is merely driven by a story.

Deeply unconscious ideas playing out in our minds,

Rather than an expression of consciousness and awareness of our true nature,

Of love itself,

Of the unfolding life within us,

And of our very soul.

There is no better time than now to love those quirks.

There is no better time than now to let your passions light your path.

So pause and take a breath.

What quirks,

What parts of yourself have you been resisting?

How can you begin to embrace them?

How can you begin to embrace them as a part of your unique beauty?

You are a part of nature in all its glory.

So when you see a beautiful mountain or a lake or an ocean,

Know that you're seeing yourself.

You are as vast,

Magnificent,

And ever-changing as the universe around you and as the cosmos that birthed you.

Embrace every part of yourself with the same awe and appreciation.

The world around you wants to witness your true nature.

Thanks for listening.

Take care of yourself.

Much love.
