Welcome,
Beautiful soul.
Find a comfortable position,
Either lying down or seated.
Allow your body to arrive in the space now.
Let yourself melt into the surface beneath you and feel the earth holding you,
Knowing you are always safe,
Protected,
Guided and supported.
I invite you to close your eyes and allow the world around you to fade.
Take a moment to let your body begin to relax.
Consciously release the tension from your jaw.
Soften your shoulders,
Let your belly loosen and allow any part of your body that is holding tension to soften now.
Let's take a moment to set an intention for this journey.
Trust what rises and hold it softly in your heart.
Now we will begin with three cleansing breaths to let your body settle.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth with a soft sigh.
Again,
Inhale softly,
Feel your belly rise and exhale fully,
Letting your whole body melt deeper.
One more time.
Take a beautiful slow inhale through the nose,
Feel your belly rise and a long,
Slow exhale.
Just let go.
Your breath becomes steady,
Soft and natural.
Come back to your natural breath.
As your breath softens,
Your awareness drops into stillness,
A tender opening inside you as though you are being guided back into a silence that once shaped you before the world ever could.
Before you had a voice,
Before you had a name,
Before you took your first breath,
There was a quiet that held you.
Not an empty quiet,
Not a lonely quiet,
But a living silence,
The kind that wraps around something precious so it can grow undisturbed.
This is the quiet that made you.
It began in the womb,
In the deep of where there were no words,
No demand,
Only pulse,
Only the gentle swaying of life cradling you.
But there is another quiet,
One even older,
One that comes before the womb,
Before the light,
Before form.
It is the quiet your soul carried with it long before your body was ever shaped.
That quiet follows you now,
Calling you back into the softest part of your own becoming.
Around you,
A dim glow forms,
Warm,
Soothing,
Steady,
A cocoon of light emerging from your own chest.
The world softens,
Edges blur,
And suddenly you are standing in a vast open expanse made entirely of stillness.
The ground beneath you is not ground,
But soft light.
The air around you is not air,
But gentle presence.
Nothing moves,
Yet everything feels alive,
As though existence itself is holding its breath,
Just to welcome you.
This is the chamber of quiet.
The place where your earliest essence formed.
Here,
Nothing asks for your attention,
Nothing pulls at you,
Nothing demands you to become more than you already are.
This place exists beyond comparison,
Beyond improvement,
Beyond the need to fix anything.
You step forward and the field responds.
Waves of stillness ripple outward,
Each one soft,
Each one familiar,
As though they have been waiting for your feet to touch them again.
There is no sound here except the faint hum of your own being,
The primal note that existed long before you learnt to doubt your existence.
You recognise this hum,
Not with your mind,
But with your body.
It feels familiar,
Like something you have been missing without knowing what it was.
As you walk,
Memories rise,
Not of events,
But of feelings.
The first sense of safety,
The first sense of belonging,
The first knowing that you did not need to earn your place in the world.
You feel it now surrounding you,
Entering you,
Reminding you that the foundation of your life was built not on noise,
But a soft glow gathers in front of you,
Forming a small pool of light.
You kneel beside it and inside the glow you see yourself,
Not as you are now,
Not as the world shaped you,
But as you were before anything touched you,
Whole,
Soft,
Light filled.
This version of you looks up and the eyes hold,
No fear,
No hesitation.
They reach out a hand,
Small,
Warm,
And without thinking you reach back.
The moment your fingers touch,
Your entire chest softens,
A release you did not know you were holding melts away.
And suddenly that quiet,
The one that made you,
The one that shaped your earliest self,
The one your body has been aching for floods through you,
Not as a memory,
But as restoration,
As if it knows your nervous system needs gentleness,
Not force.
Every breath becomes softer,
Every muscle loosens,
Every layer of noise,
Expectation,
Identity,
Falls away like old leaves ready to return to earth.
The quiet does not erase who you have become,
It welcomes every version of you home.
You stand there holding the hand of your original self,
Feeling the quiet that made you return home.
Not outside of you,
Inside you,
A steady presence settling deep in your chest.
Behind your ribs,
Under your skin,
A reminder that you were built from stillness.
You were shaped by softness,
You were made in gentleness,
You came from quiet.
And that quiet is still yours,
It never left,
It's simply waiting for you to turn inward and listen.
Your younger self releases your hand,
Not to leave you,
But to step into you,
Merging layer by layer,
Light by light,
Truth into truth.
You inhale and feel them settle,
You exhale and feel yourself become whole.
The chamber of quiet brightens as those celebrating your return.
There is no urgency to leave,
No edge,
No countdown,
You are allowed to stay here for as long as your body needs,
Absorbing the quiet until it feels natural again.
And slowly the world around you dissolves softly.
Temp inside your heart,
Inside your breath.
You are not returning from this place,
You are carrying it with you.
The quiet that made you,
Now becomes the quiet that moves you,
The quiet that guides you,
The quiet that keeps you close to who you truly are.
And a soft gentle exhale,
Feel your belly softening.
Begin to bring your awareness back into your body.
Slowly invite some movement into your fingers and toes,
Your wrists,
Your ankles.
Gently move your neck side to side,
Letting your body awaken in its own time.
If it feels good,
Draw your knees in towards your chest and give yourself a beautiful hug.
Or you can reach your arms overhead and take a long gentle stretch,
Allowing the whole body to open.
Take one final deep breath in and hold it for a moment.
And a slow long exhale,
Letting your whole system settle with ease.
Carry this feeling with you for the rest of your day.
And remember,
You are loved unconditionally.
You are worthy.
You are beautiful.
Thank you for going on this magical journey with me.
I see you,
I feel you,
I hear you,
And I honor you.
It is a blessing to share this space with you,
With love and gratitude always.
