Welcome,
Beautiful soul.
Take a moment now to find a comfortable position.
Make any small adjustments you need.
Let the body know it can settle here.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
You are already where you need to be.
Feel the surface beneath you supporting your body.
Feel the weight of yourself being held.
Relax your jaw.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let the breath move naturally without effort.
With every exhale,
Allow the body to settle a little more.
This is a space of safety,
A space of permission,
A space where you don't need to perform or prove anything.
You are welcome as you are here now.
As the breath continues,
Awareness begins to turn inward,
Not deliberately,
Not forcefully,
Just gently drifting inward like sinking into warm water.
Beneath the surface of thought,
Beneath identity,
Beneath habit,
There is a deeper presence within you,
Quiet,
Steady and moving.
This is where power lives.
Not power that pushes,
Not power that dominates,
But power as presence.
As awareness rests here,
The body begins to soften around this presence.
Muscles loosen,
The nervous system settles.
You may notice a feeling of steadiness emerging,
A sense of being anchored within yourself.
The steadiness does not need to announce itself,
It simply exists.
As awareness deepens,
You begin to sense this power moving through the body,
Not as energy rushing outward,
But as something gently rising from within.
From the center of the body,
From the core,
From the places that knows who you are without explanation.
This power is not new,
It has always been here.
It may have been suppressed,
It may have been covered,
It may have been set aside to survive,
But it was never lost.
Take a slow,
Deep inhale into the belly and a long,
Slow exhale and relax a little more.
As you rest,
Layers begin to soften,
Old versions of yourself that learn to shrink,
Old identities built around safety,
Approval or protection.
They don't need to be pushed away,
They simply relax.
They recognize that something deeper is present now.
As this happens,
The body begins to feel more spacious.
The chest opens gently.
The spine feels supported from within.
The breath moves with ease.
Power here feels calm,
Grounded and trustworthy.
You are not stepping into something external,
You are stepping back into yourself.
As awareness rests inside this power,
Images may arise.
Not of places,
Not of destinations,
But of ways of being.
You may sense yourself moving through life with clarity,
Speaking with honesty,
Choosing without hesitation.
Not because everything is certain,
But because you trust yourself.
This trust lives in the body,
It is felt as steadiness in the nervous system,
As coherence in the breath,
As presence in the way you inhabit your space.
As this trust deepens,
Something else begins to form.
Self-respect.
On knowing where you end and where others begin.
On being aligned with your values,
Even when it's uncomfortable.
This alignment strengthens the body.
You may feel it as warmth,
Or density,
Or a quiet sense of inner solidity.
Power becomes something you rest in,
Not something you reach for.
As awareness stays here,
Old fears around being seen may soften.
The fear of taking up space.
The fear of being misunderstood.
The fear of standing fully in your truth.
These fears are met with compassion.
They no longer need to protect you.
Your power does not threaten connection,
It creates clarity.
As this truth settles,
The body relaxes even more deeply.
There is no urgency,
There is no need to rush forward.
Power unfolds at its own pace.
You may sense a quiet leadership emerging.
Not leadership over others,
But leadership within yourself.
The ability to choose,
To pause,
To respond rather than react.
This leadership is embodied,
It lives in the way you breathe.
The way you stand,
The way you move through the world.
You don't need to rehearse it,
It is already integrating.
As you rest here,
Allow this power to settle into every layer of your being.
Into the muscles,
Into the organs,
Into the nervous system.
Let it move into the spaces that once held doubt or hesitation.
Nothing is forced,
Everything is allowed.
You are not becoming someone else,
You are remembering yourself.
Spend a few moments just resting inside this remembering.
Let it stabilize,
Let it root.
Slowly,
Very slowly,
Awareness begins to widen again.
The breath,
The body,
The space around you.
Notice how you feel now.
More centered,
More grounded,
More whole.
Nothing needs to be rushed.
This power stays with you in how you listen,
In how you choose,
In how you show up.
Begin to feel the surface beneath you again.
The support that has been holding you all along.
When you are ready,
Gently deepen the breath.
Perhaps bring some movement into your fingers and toes.
Take your time.
And when it feels right,
You can softly open your eyes.
Nothing needs to change.
You are already stepping into your power.
Thank you for journeying with me.
