Welcome to this beautiful opportunity to connect with your baby.

So when you're ready,

Find somewhere super comfortable.

You can be seated or lying down.

Whatever allows your body to experience the most ease and comfort in this present moment.

You're welcome to pause this recording if you'd like and come back to it when you're all set up.

Allowing yourself to soften into comfort and slowly inviting your eyes to close.

Starting to notice your breath as it comes in through your nose and allowing it to sigh out through your mouth.

Allowing each inhale to fill your lungs and create some spaciousness.

And every exhale offering permission to let go.

Releasing any tension you've been holding.

Letting go of any worries or fears.

Just giving your body full permission to relax.

At least for the next few moments.

When you're ready,

You can invite one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly.

First directing your awareness to the hand on your heart.

Noticing as your chest rises and falls with your breath.

Just checking in,

In this moment.

How is your connection to your heart space?

How is the openness of your chest?

How are your breaths feeling?

They've been going through lots of changes.

Just offering this opportunity to tap into your beautiful heart space.

The space of love.

That space where you give and where you receive love.

Noticing if there's any tension,

Any restriction,

Any contraction.

And inviting in curiosity,

Playfulness and openness.

Asking your heart if there's anything that it needs.

Anything.

And then as you're ready,

In no rush at all,

Starting to shift your awareness to the hand on your belly.

And if it feels right,

You're welcome to bring the other hand to join it.

Placing it somewhere comfortable on your belly as well.

Starting to connect to baby.

Directing your awareness inwards.

Noticing any sensations,

Any feelings,

Anything that may be coming up.

Really inviting the connection to have a beautiful shared moment in this space with baby.

Seeing if there's anything you want to say or share with them.

Maybe hello.

How are you?

What's happening in there?

You are so loved.

Offering yourself so much space to allow that open heart to connect with baby.

To see if there's anything that they have to share with you or any messages that are important for you to share with them.

Maybe you want to share your fears.

Maybe you want to share that you feel so excited and ready for them to come earthside and that everything is prepared for their arrival.

That you're so excited to meet them.

That you've been preparing for this journey for them to be birthed into this world.

Giving yourself the space to notice if there's anything that comes up for you in this.

Whether you're able to feel connected to a baby in this space without any pressure or attachment or expectation.

If there are any movements or kicks.

You can ask baby if there's any reassurance that they need.

Creating as much time and space as necessary to feel grounded and calm.

Held in this beautiful nourishing space where you can trust in your knowing and trust in your body.

You trust in your baby and the divine and perfect timing.

At this time you are so welcome to take as much space as you desire.

Offering yourself opportunities to connect to baby continually throughout the day.

Including them in whatever is going on.

Explaining anything that might feel challenging or hard.

Just being with yourself.

Acknowledging what you need.

And creating the space to offer that open connection.
