Welcome to your meditation to release old patterns and allow yourself to feel fully supported in all your relationships.
Begin by finding yourself in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Allow yourself to fully relax.
Take a deep breath in,
Hold for a moment and slowly exhale and take a few more breaths like this allowing yourself to fully relax and as you settle into this peaceful state bring your awareness to your heart.
Imagine a warm gentle light glowing in your heart space expanding with each breath that you take.
As you inhale this light grows a little more,
A little further around your entire body.
This light represents your inner wisdom,
Your true self and the love that flows you.
Relationships are a fundamental part of our human experience.
They offer us love and support and connection but they can also bring challenges and conflicts and sometimes we find ourselves caught in patterns and dialogues with our loved ones that are just not helpful.
These patterns may arise from old wounds or fears or they may even come from learned behaviours.
So just repeating silently or out loud I acknowledge that I sometimes get caught in unhelpful patterns in my relationship.
I understand that these patterns may have been a part of my soul journey up until this point.
I recognise that these patterns have been learned from my past or maybe my ancestors.
They were a way of me feeling safe and secure.
They were a means of protection for myself.
Take a moment to honour these patterns for the role they have played in your life.
They were part of your journey and they've brought you to where you are today.
Gently bring to mind any recent disagreements or arguments that you may have had with a loved one.
Notice if any stories or embellishments arise.
Those narratives that we create to make ourselves feel better or to justify our feelings.
Repeat silently or aloud I acknowledge that these stories are created by my ego.
They are not my true self.
They are my ego's attempt to keep me safe and comfortable.
And take a deep breath in.
Hold for a moment.
And as you exhale imagine releasing these stories and thoughts.
Let them go knowing that they no longer serve you.
And then repeating silently or out loud it is safe for me to release these attachments.
I am free to create new pathways with love and compassion.
Visualise now a pathway opening up in front of you.
This pathway is illuminated by the warm light of your heart.
This pathway represents your journey towards growth,
Towards connection and authenticity.
Repeat silently or out loud I am growing.
I am connecting with my true self.
I am aligning with my soul.
And as you walk down this pathway feel the support and love of your relationships surrounding you.
Know that you are not alone in this journey.
You are supported by the universe,
By your loved ones and by your true self.
Repeat these words silently or out loud I am supported in my relationships.
I am held in love and compassion.
I am safe to be my true self.
Take a few moments just to reflect on the love and support that you receive from your relationships.
Even in times of conflict there is a foundation of love and connection.
Allow yourself to reflect on this and to feel gratitude for this support.
And then you repeat silently or out loud I am grateful for the love and support in my relationships.
I choose to focus on the positive aspects and release the negative patterns.
And then go back to that visualization of yourself walking down your new path.
And imagine yourself transforming,
Shedding old patterns like a snake skin being shed.
See yourself stepping into a new way of being,
One that is rooted in love and compassion.
Rooted in love,
Rooted in compassion and authenticity.
And then repeating silently or out loud I am transforming.
I am releasing old patterns and embracing new ways of being.
I am rooted in love,
Compassion and authenticity.
And take a few deep breaths,
Allowing these affirmations to integrate fully into your being.
Feel the peace and clarity that comes from releasing old patterns and embracing your authentic self.
And just remember you are always here,
You can come back to this moment at any time.
You hold the power within you.
You hold the power within you.
And when you are ready,
Gently bringing your awareness back to this present moment.
Opening your eyes.
And carry this sense of support,
Love and authenticity with you throughout your day.
